In general I feel like further exploring what separates the characters and makes them novel is a better path to follow than regressing to what makes them similar, but to each their own.

Besides, Gen Fu was inspired by Chinese martial arts masters. There's no indication he was ever inspired by Roshi specifically, and thus I don't feel the need to go that route.

lemme describe a few of my OCs. Jase, inspired by scourge the hedgehog, kazuma the shell bullet, the creeper, zoom, warblade, few others. Marissa Malone, inspired by Rubi Malone of WET, Tweed of Operation Raccoon City, with a little bit of.the sirens torgue head in borderlands 2. SSylviana Argentus, a fox girl, and General DeMera have no direct inspirstions, but by the time I finalized designs, they wound up resembling existing characters one way or the other anyway. my point is that no character is 100% original.

Your point is just reiterating what I already said to begin with. Sounds like you just wanted a chance to describe some of your characters. Which is fine, but my position hasn't changed.

awesome though I think it hits the same snag as my Mila: will they let us change the default hair for an outfit?

They don't have to change the hair, if they don't want to. This is supposed to be Eliot's second hairstyle and the hair streak isn't that important overall.

Trying something with Milas jacket. should STING be horizantal or vertical on the arm? if horizontal ill also italicize it to give it a slant.

It's awesome, but it doesn't fit eliot's kilt there like this does.

well, if they can get away with Lee and Armstrong, I doubt a sweetest sting logo thats already on her other outfits will be an issue.

I didn't even realize it was on her others. I just got DoA5, TBH. i have yet to actually play it because of a controller issue with the PS3 Slim. I can punch, but i can't move or kick.

My idea for Mila. Yoga pants, but also made a workout shorts variant that I can't decide between. General idea is that I'd like to see Mila in a modern ladies workout outfit. Anyway, if anyone has a preference between the two I would like to hear opinions. Also, should I submit my idea to Team Ninja? I'm worried it is too plain, but the appeal of the workout outfits to me is that they're simple...

Anyway, be gentle! I apologize for the bad hands and feet.

I like it, specially those latina hips, but, personal preference here, it feels too...housewifey, I guess? looks good, but doesn't quite feel Mila. iI dunno, tight clothing doesn't feel right on her. again though, dem hips and thighs. I do think its too plain, maybe add sweatbands and stuff? overall looks good, though.

I didn't intend for it to be quite so bootylicious but I'm not very good at drawing so my figures tend to end up not very subtle lol. I do wish TN had given the girls different shaped posteriors tho.

I'll keep tinkering with it to see how I can make it more interesting. (Also the girls at my local gym who dress in yoga pants are definitely not housewives, haha.)

guessing those girls aren't tomboys like Mila lol. to me, yoga pants need a blonde pnoytail to look right. also go with pants instead of shorts.

yeah its the logo on most of her sportswear, and on the back of her tshirt.
