Good game, Bad game Online/Offline thread

GGs to Angelic-Nashera who apparently started this game yesterday and had a 54 winstreak on PSN and played with good fundamental skills (blocking, throw punishment). Match came down to the wire and I ended up winning. I pointed Nashera to this site so hopefully they join. It's rare to encounter decent players on PSN. Even rarer to encounter ones with good sportsmanship.

Sometimes, even though a scrub just beat me, I have to always laugh at how their having the time of life playing. Thats all that really matters to me is that the person is having fun.

I love trying to talk to people online, when you talk to them, there is a small chance that they'll get butthurt when you win as to when you don't.

Some people don't know how to make the other person feel like their having fun and that's what would essentially make them rage quit and never play the game again...
Exhibit A:
Afterwards I sent him a message in chat saying ggs (we had two matches, this ^ was the last) He then sent me a message saying:
"your just too good bro to far above my lvl"
I sent him: "ggs just keep practicing :)"
He said: "my main two characters are pai and jacky

This goes to show you its people that are being very disrespectful over the mics, and whatnot making the person rage quit. But on the other hand it can happen vice versa, where the victim talk stuff and cant back it up.

I see you using the master costume... It's gonna be a problem when we play each other. I wouldn't mind if they released the Red version. But I do get what you're saying. I do this all the time with people. Just let them feel like that there is no pressure. I start doing shenanigans for fun or do the "ZAKKEII! BOOYONG... YAH,YAYAYAYAAAAAH" taunt at the beginning of a match. Blaze, do you have Gold? My PS3 broke down a couple days ago, and I'd actually like to play you sometime.

Nope don't have Gold. I can't even play my games on disc because of my disc drive.... plus I don't have 5U on 360... It's all bad lol

Bad games to Xx_cBs_xX-Chains. Dude complains all day long because I took a round off him by grabbing him via throw punishment. Tries to insult me by saying I have to grab to win lol.

Say what? There's a reason why throws exist in 3D fighting games, hell, fighting games period. Overly defensive players have to realize that they can't guard the entire match. You have to have a balance of offense and defense.

In Tekken, throws mean A LOT more than they do in DOA. Throws in DOA are best reserved for when opponents guess their hold position incorrectly and you punish them for it. In Tekken, throws are essential to a lot of metagame. *sighs* That guy clearly knows nothing of 3D fighters!
