You forgot Alpha.Welp I already see how some of this is going to go. The 4 original ninjas will have ways around her fans through their move sets. Ayane with her command movement, Kasumi with her parries, Hayabusa, & Hayate with their teleports. Christie may as well with her Jak stance commands

I think you can really surprise your rival and be annoying with Mai's Kachousen if you don't try to spamm them while keeping in distance. Of course if one plays like that he/she will be punished. This is a 3D game, not a 2D one. But if you use some Kachousens without spamming and in mid-range distance... they can be a pain in the ass. And they can give a short time to approach and start your pressure in close-combat, just like in KOF.@KasumiLover69 yeah sidestep is universal. You can duck them, too but those character in particular since they have specials that allow them to maneuver around the screen like that, they'll have an easier time dealing with her. Not saying that it's going to be rough for her. Just mentioning the fan itself because it's move with fireball properties in DOA. Marie Rose maybe too. The more that I think about it, Hayate has 214P, & 3H+K that lifts him off the ground in range. And Helena with her BKO stance
That's when you condition them. I was just mentioning why you can't just go willy nilly with it. You also brought the reason why Helena's bko & Brad's laydown stances wouldn't be an issue (thanks for that). They don't move them closer like Kasumi's 3P+K, Phase's 3P+K, Hayate's 214P, 3H+K, & teleport, Busa's parries, Ongyn stance follow ups, Christie's Jak, & Marie Rose's roll.I think you can really surprise your rival and be annoying with Mai's Kachousen if you don't try to spamm them while keeping in distance.
