Huh? o__O Just to make things clear, I didn't say the Halloween voting was hacked or that TN faked the outcome. I said, fans (most of all on Facebook) claimed it was hacked. That's why I wrote: allegedly. I remember, some were really pissed off by the outcome and even insulted TN (but that is nothing new on Facebook...). TN's answer to that was in a comment, that they were disappointed of the reaction and I think, they also said something along the lines of considering not to do a contest like that again.

I personally think, the outcome of the Halloween contest was mostly a disaster. Skimpyness won over actual designs. But I do know, that many Japanese gamers have slightly different ideas of what a good costume design is for a female, so I do believe, these were honest results. Sad but true... Though we can't proof that of course, because the voting was even more intransparent than the Facebook vote. Only Team Ninja knew what was going on. They were able to tell us however, that most voters were indeed Japanese.

My post was reffered in general to you believing it as a serious possibility (in this last post like in the past), not to you stating definitely that it was so (indeed few minutes after to have wrote it I edited my line switching "certain" with "sure", exactly because the first case wasn't what you were saying). While i can't say that this is or isn't happened, at the same time it's also true that we could show the same doubts for many other similar pool made in and for the most various circumstances, so that to think to a secret plot because this time we couldn't see the votes make little sense in the end (even because doubts about cheating are possible even when you can see the votes, so the visibility of them or less doesn't change anything IMO).

Surely currently I feel myself more sure to say that TN didn't try to change the outcome of the Halloween pool, this just because in the end they selected only 4 outfits between the top 10 for becoming part of the game, so demonstrating that the results were for the most ininfluent to the DLC matter (and consequently even changing them wouldn't have made sense for them).

I think that this outfit if made available will lose the covered face (or at least it will be much more visible). TN already chosen to discard elements from fan designs that could make their faces not recognizable, as for Rig's Halloween or (apparently) for the LR design for Bayman.

I'm hoping that it will be heavily edited and with more details added. I also revaluated his other entry of the contest, even if I consider more likely to get this just for some paralles with Eliot's Halloween design elements (that by the way could be even just a coincidence).

Jacky didn't have many competitors anyway, the same for Hayate in the Halloween contest (where only one outfit was sent for him), so honestly I think that this factor alone is not enough for thinking it. Personally I got the feeling (that so could be wrong) that this time TN is trying to give a fan design outfit to all the characters and between the ones owned from the same chara, just for going against some complaints received during the choice of the Halloween designs.

Honestly I think (for the most part) they have been picking the edgy costumes. Most of the costumes are punk and/or street casual. All of them have had the edgy dark quality to it (except for Kokoro). So I have a feeling that's what is happening.

No offense to the original artist, it's a great drawing, but I just find that Jann Lee outfit to be so plain, I honestly think the only reason it has so many votes it because it looks good on paper. However, since this is about which outfit do I think will make it IN the game, then yeah, I'd probably choose that one too, simply because the other choices aren't much better :/

I feel like Helena has quite a few worthy choices for her wardrobe.
