A little tidbit that I've noticed from a session this past week is that 9KK beats out both WUK's very well. It pretty much almost never gets hit by low WUK's, and gets a lot of hit priority over Mid WUK's. 9KK is -7 on block so you can't get punish hard for it getting blocked. I'd say 9KK is better than 7K against WUK's easily.

When I was fighting @BBoyDragon he also used 33P a lot on me to beat my wakeup kicks during our mirrors(I should have recorded them) although its not as reliable when I tried it. What are your thoughts on that?
whats christies 33p again. wait this is christie thread right LMAO idk what i'm doing with her i just push buttons I keep telling people this they don't believe me

I wish I had more free time so we could bang on steam again. Some of the hardest matches I has was with your ass. Your Christie was hard as hell to read..or mine was too easy.

What's your guys take on using 3PP(P) charges during a wall juggle? Against a super heavyweight after a wall slam, 3PP(P) can do very solid damage in itself, as long as you don't overcharge of course (which is the challenge). However, against a light or midweight, the W!~6K~3PP(P)/ W!~2PP~3PP(P) juggle becomes iffy only allowing a minimal charge at best. I find that just doing W!~3PP(P) with a full mid-charge (right before the charge into the GB attack) can actually do more damage than W!~2PP~3PPP, though you practically have to JF the mid-charge on 3PP(P) to get the max damage.

I'm 3 patch updates behind, and I heard the string's trajectory changed during an midair juggle since then... so I couldn't tell you my opinion, as much as I want to.
So were there any big changes to her moves from before? I just joined today and thought of making a post about it but thought it would be a waste of time.

As for changes? well, if I remember correctly, most of the changes from Christie were from Vanilla to Ultimate heavily. Can't say much for LR, possibly though...might have to ask around here.

okay. I just didn't want to post something that was already asked or said. Besides, i started with Lr so im just treading carefully so i don't end up looking like an ass. Ill try to make a post on where she stands now in relation to everyone else. Its kind of an older game so people know most of her tricks and i wasn't sure if there were any changes.

Everything in the first post of this thread is up to date to the most recent version. Christie has been mostly unchanged for quite some time now.

Raw situations were a bit different. There was a change from the ground game with setups that no longer work from Vanilla to Ultimate. Though judging by your post, I'm assuming there was any hardly strong changes from Ultimate to Last Round compared to Vanilla (at least with Christie).

Though the raw triangle system stayed the same and neutral, the entire meta was slightly altered that made quite a number of the cast to be played differently because of it. Jann Lee, Sarah, Rig, Mila (especially Mila), Bayman, Helena, Hayabusa, and even Akira had strong changes due to the entire ground game being altered.

No problem, lots of characters are played differently compared to back then since vanilla was a highly offensive oriented game with tons of scenarios that can net you force techs while even being in situations to where if they do tech up from force tech scenarios, they'll still be at positive frames making the defensive player put too much reads just to get rewards in return.

If I had to put up a text about it, vanilla was so offensive to the point that you may be put into situations on guessing more often than you should for playing defense. Then Ultimate was released changing that concept to add for example - more invincibility frames when touching the ground to prevent ancient force techs from working. Ultimate and Last Round seems to be a bit more sane with longevity, as well as Last Round's health being 300 which is a step up from Vanilla's 240 health.

If I had to put it in simpler terms, you'd get bullied hard in vanilla for silly reasons or get steamed rolled for trying to play honest. My favorite part of vanilla was how amazing Akira is on that game. It was glorious and wish to go back into those glory days lol. Him, Hayate, Mila, Lisa, Kasumi, Rig were hilarious in that game...but enough about that, yeah Last Round according from Awesmic from the looks of it, hasn't changed Christie much so still mostly the same from Ultimate.
