Halloween is here, and this time we have Pumpkin Smashing. Venus Vacation Halloween Party will not only have Pumpkin Smashing, but we have a new type of Party Photo exclusive for this year event which is Midnight Masquerade where every girl wearing Masquerade Mask. Nice photos! Still don't have Amy, but I'm trying. I did get the masquerade gown for Kanna & Luna though.

I only got Kanna to wear Lady Fantasma, just only need 1 to S rank the SSS Levels. This gacha nearly drained My savings worth of Free V-Stones originally had 200,000 reduced to 100,000

Odds are either she has a low pickrate in the fighting games she's in or they're rolling out characters over time, albeit rather slowly. Or, she could just be doing something else (like the volleyball, which could explain her omission).

Heres a bit of history as to why we still don't have Lisa, its because when DOAX3 was in development KT gave TN low budget/resources for the new game, and the development team couldn't include all 15 DOA girls, so to decide the games roster there was a voting contest (which was only effective in Japan since it was only available in Japan & Asia) where people had to buy 1 PS4 Theme which determines who gets to be included. Only 1.4% wanted Lisa (she was in last place behind Christie who had a 1.5%). If DOAXVV Team were going to add the cut DOA girls they would need to add girl who had more votes than Lisa, and the only one who had more votes is Mila (for first voting poll 4.7%, with second voting poll had 28 people when Lisa had 26 people tied with Christie and Rachel is the new last place girl with 19 people). Before we get Lisa, we should be getting NiCO & Mila before we get Lisa:

I personally thought that poll was rigged, especially considering they blatantly showed off Kasumi in the Famitsu article that unveiled that contest, prominently featured her (if they were sincere with that whole thing, they'd make sure to avoid showing any of the girls, even Kasumi, specifically to highlight how high-stakes the poll actually is by implying that even Kasumi will be cut if she doesn't get enough votes). Besides, Dead or Alive 5 Last Round (which also had a very low budget, certaily a lot lower than the main DOA5 game) had nearly TWICE that many characters in its roster (and that's not even counting the guests/Alpha-152/Phase 4), so I find it extremely hard to believe they can't fit all 15 girls. Heck, had they existed, they could easily fit all 15 PLUS most of the new girls we got in DOAXVV.

Here's what I think.

TN had a low budget as stated, and the "poll" was rigged on the fact that TN just wanted a bit more revenue from the themes. They claimed all 15 girls wouldn't fit (BS btw) on a PS4 disc. Although, it's probable they all wouldn't fit on the PS Vita version.

I do remember they posted Kasumi by saying she would be cut if she got voted out.
They posted a development picture of the tanning feature.
They KNEW that Kasumi would be in regardless, dlc sales from DOA5 proved that she was popular.
Plus she (was) the face of the franchise until a certain duo came in.

Yes NiCO and Mila could be next but I heard NiCO's VA is unavailable. Probably why Tina was in, even though there was a anniversary at the time.

They know fans ask for the remaining cut girls. They could add them slowly but that ultimately depends on how long they support VV.
6 years is impressive of support. I honestly just expect some SSRs on the anniversary and maybe a new setting to take pictures.

However, what shocked me is they took about 8 months to add fox girl.
I wonder if they would consider making a new DOAX game on PC or console.
Heck even remastered versions of the 1st two games would be a start.

Tldr- TN doesn't seem interested in the last 4 cut girls. Doax3 was robbed of potential content (less than a year of support) unless you count Scarlet.

Hopefully, they'll explain that bit during the livestream or even in any of the media coverage of the anniversary (if they can explain the delay with Patty either debuting or being made free and a glitch that apparently occurred when Koharu went free, or even why Lobelia, despite being released on New Year's, didn't so much as even mention it in her debut event episodes, I'm pretty sure they'd make sure to explain the lengthy time regarding releasing Shizuku).

And I can't really comment on whether or not they actually asked that question in the survey since... well, they kind of barred Gaijin from participating in it so we literally have nothing regarding what's in the survey, much less if that's the question. But I am confident that they probably asked the same question about whether cut girls would be what they wanted, since they asked it in the prior anniversaries since the second anniversary.

I know I'll support DOAXVV as long as possible just to get the rest of them in. Even NiCO (and I know she at least is viable since she actually was used in a fairly recent DOAXVV x New Link collaboration).
