B: Hadoken
Side B: Tatsumaki
Up B: Shoryuken
Down B: Focus Attack
Final Smash: Shin Shoryuken

Roy retains his Melee moveset, but his Final Smash is Critical Hit.

They didn't say anything about those being the final characters, so everything is still possible. I hope they do continue to make more DLC characters. I'm hoping for (Captain) Toad in SSB4. ^o^

Maybe we'll get more information tomorrow at the Smash Direct.

Ah I see I was just curious if they weren't gonna add anymore characters I'd love to see more bad guys like King k. Rool or someone from F-Zero series.

This is why leaks are annoying. This would've been so much cooler had it not been blown by data mining the patch. I'll probably buy Roy and Ryu. Lucas would only be purchased for completion so I'm debating since I rarely play Smash.

Small edit. Ryu's final smash is Ultra Combo Duo. Essentially, enemy close = Shin Shoryuken, enemy far = Shinkuu Hadoken.

I'm looking forward to seeing if they'll alter Roy's animations to deviate him more from Marth. I don't have high hopes, but it'd be nice since we already have Lucina.

EDIT: Just saw the trailers for both of them. I can't stop throwing money at my 3DS now, please help.

Smash Direct was hype. Also I didn't expect Jacky and Akira costumes for Mii Brawler. That was kinda funny.

Gonna buy everything once the Wii U E-Shop is revived.

Bought Ryu (amazing moveset), Lucas (because I missed him), and Dream Land (dat music).

Won't buy Roy because he isn't iconic and I didn't like him in Melee.. and too many swordmen already...

Picked up all 3.

Lucas is pretty much how I remember him from Brawl. I still like him more than Ness.
Roy is now the Luigi to Marth's Mario. Loving it.
Ryu is now probably my favorite character to play as.

I'm still rather pissed off the DLC characters don't have variations.
