I just tried downloading 1 ninja costume for Nyotengu and for me it just works. As do the costumes for Honoka.
But Cadaveri are you able to see the costumes? Like when you download the catalogue (which I know you did) you see the costumes but you can't select them. Really man this stuff is just F'd beyond belief, can't believe how shit can go so badshit crazy after just a simple port...

update for PS3 in Germany:

I checked today and Honoka and Raidou are available, also all the Ninja costumes.
I was asked to install an update before starting the game (about 1 GB) and now I can
play with Honoka, I didn't have to buy something again.
Finally good news!

UK retail:

1) I notice the season pass is still only available by searching in very specific ways on the dash. I am not going to buy it because of the train wreck.
2) I notice that there is also a difference between in-game store and both methods of accessing dash content.
3) I notice prices are still fucked. Halloween 2013: £36.99, Halloween 2014: £21.99, both together: £36.99.

Also yes it's nearly impossible to get Sony to reverse digital purchases even though it's technically simple. If you do a chargeback though expect to get your PSN account banned.

- post-release DLC may or may not work, following 1.02.
- L1+L2+R1+R2 may or may not work, following 1.02.
- Hot Getaway may or may not be included in the retail release, now.
- Ranked matches may or may not register players outside your PSN region.
- Signed out of throwdowns randomly until you return to the main menu, despite no disruption to PSN connection.
- Game automatically declines throwdowns, with no input from the player.
- Empty slots for new characters may or may not appear in online matches.

PS3 EU buglist:
- some of the above.
- Raidou and Honoka still not available in certain territories.

They're not solved. A bunch of people on fb and twitter are saying they still can't use Honoka and Raidou.

Some people are saying wiping your system data and reinstalling fixes it, but fucked if I'd want to start all over again without moving up to the PS4 client, and even then... that's a lot of work to write off.

My response from TK on the official 'support' email address was a "fuck off till monday" message, despite mailing 'Chin' a good six hours before office hours ended.

Does anyone know how I can get my pre-order costumes back on ps4? I unknowingly deleted them a week ago along with the game, hoping to get the patch somehow to download. Since then, I cannot re-download my costumes. I suppose it should be the costume catalogue 1 (Kostüm Katalog 1) in the german store. The only way I can see it is not via the store or binary, but via the in-game item shop. The problem is, I cannot download it even though it is listed there. Nothing happens when I hit X.

I've already contacted TN about this issue but they told me that it's a PSN problem and that I should try to get in touch with Sony.

Carry over the save from the PS3, note that you must upgrade your old PS3 version first, then save.

Carry-over DLC isn't done yet. At the moment, they're fighting to make the new stuff work, let alone the old.

Season Pass (UK) is still up for me on the webstore. Will check on the console in a mo.
