Same as you, that was the first thing that showed me that DOAX3 would be crap for me, but tbh, I've come to realize lately that maybe it's a good thing I don't have to hear them say "ohhnaa san". Man that shit is stupid. If I want to self insert, I don't want to be what amounts to a "goshujin-sama". in DOAX and DOAX2 I felt like another visitor on the island, if anything. That whole scenario wouldn't work at all with someone like Christie anyways, I think, lol.

Ironically given the reputation, Xtreme could be a good chance to demonstrate other sides of the characters personalities and relationships, as a slice of life interlude between games, but the chance is lost because all they do is fawn over owner-san lol.

Well you are the actual girl tho, you can swap between the girls mode or owner mode on ps4 but in VV idk if you can although idk if TN ever expects or even takes into account that bi/gay players even play the Venus vacation title xD I just ignore the romantic undertones and make it more like they're befriending you, especially with Honoka and Marie Rose whom I don't care for at all

I think they could do a better job at supporting the Scarlet game by adding more VV girls like Fiona to the Ps4 version since I don't want to buy Misaki

Why isn't DOA2H backwards compatible on PS4? It's available digital on PS3 and there are other PS2 Classics on PS4. Can Team Ninja push that through? (Also plz steal the widescreen patch from pcsx2) Y'all wanna go back to 5 but I wanna go back to 2. I mean, I have been so nothing's really changed... but still!

@grap3fruitman - lol, DOA2H on PS3 is actually the DOA I've been playing the past few weeks. I actually started replaying DOA1 on PS1 and DOA1U (finally 100% unlocked everything and high scored everything on both), then I moved onto DOA2H, when I'm done with that I'll move on to DOA3 then DOA2U (or maybe DOA2U then DOA3, not sure yet). I can't believe I feel like I'm better at DOA1 than DOA2 now... :/

Not to make this a wish thread but I think if DOA was to have another spinoff I'd want something like a nightclub or some kind of extravagant party/disco game with stuff like dancing, rollerskating, bowling, casino, photo booth, etc.

Would be so cool imo, have the characters in fancy clothing and could include the guys for once. I'm big into Persona so always felt that pseudo vintage style could work with DOA.
