Just to throw my two cents in, that's clearly not Hitomi unless they've given her a different hairstyle (Pai, Christie, Ayane all got one) just for that costume. My immediate guess would be Tina, and if it is then I'll be picking it up. Nothing wrong with a Red Riding Hood costume! I would say it was Rachel, but I'd like to think they'd give her a fiend costume or an Alma costume (come on, it's begging to be done).
If anything, Hitomi should get her blue dress back and they can flip it as an Alice cosplay.
Also, as much as I dislike the gladiator costume for Leon, I'll still buy it. It's an extra costume for Leon. Why wouldn't I?

Glad to see another fan of it, but that outfit is not returning (at least for what we know): yesterday TN posted a picture that some fans misunderstood for Hayate's Doa4 C4, today they cut all the doubts posting another one of the same outfit, where is clearly recognizable the Kasumi's shinobi princess in her DoA2U version (in addition her chest showned discard completely the idea of Hayate XD)
I want hope that the the VF ones will not be excluded, after all in the Christmas pacl TN given them a special outfit.
Personally I would like even a metal palette for Alpha152 like a cosplay for Dural.

I don't know. With the santa costumes, there was no copyright issues because it was only swaps. But with the Sega costume, except if they design the costumes, I don't think they will have unique Halloween costumes.
Except if the costume Tina is wearing is the costume all the girls are going to have.

Well, maybe they could be do only unique outfit for Akira and Jacky, and another one for Pai and Sarah (something very generic, for example a witch one for the girls).
However remember that in the "Fighters" pack, TN given an unique outfit to Akira (rather than to use his S outfit from VF5), so maybe it's not so impossible.
We know already that this isn't the case, we had the certainty of Kasumi shinobi princess outfit
More would be impossible for TN to give variety to the make and an unique outfit to all the girls XD
