Joking aside, there is a line between sexy and nasty, that outfit is nasty. Hitomi's character isn't apart of that trope, doesn't suit her at all.

Okay. I rechecked the Phase 4 thing. The info card in the DOA stage only seems to not be there if she's paired with Kasumi. Then it will only show Kasumi's card for some reason. The animation freeze during the win pose is a thing however.

Also, that thing where P4 goes back into Kasumi's neutral pose for a split second after she finishes an attack... Grumble grumble.
