Oh, yes. It is.Rachel's 2H+K. It's 17f isn't it?
Sorry, I thought you were talking about Hayabusa's 2H+K and I was like: 17 frames? When'd that happen? xD

The problem is that some people think that everybody knows how to play GOOD with Rachel and they're like 'You think you're so good? If I'd select this cheap bitch I'd rock you'. And you can get to know really interesting things from character threads, like 'How to deal with these fucking teleport Ryu spammers' from Rachel combo discussionEverybody knows how to play Rachel

Bayman still doesnt have great lows, but combined with 1pp and you can mess someone up without them dropping their guard.
Been playing with her recently. She is not.People still think Rachel's cheap? =S
lol I know. I have too.Been playing with her recently. She is not.
If you're referring to pre-patch Rachel, the only people who didn't find that set-up worthy of the Funny Farm are people who had comparably silly nonsense.Never did then, never will now.
And why didn't you feel the same way? Your Hayabusa, if anything, is silly nonsense in two stages in particular, which is plenty more than enough to keep Rachel players honest... and it's still silly nonsense todayIf you're referring to pre-patch Rachel, the only people who didn't find that set-up worthy of the Funny Farm are people who had comparably silly nonsense.
I'm hesitant to respond under the assumption that you consider those two scenarios comparable, as I believe you're opening a gateway to the "everyone has something" argument which, while true, is not a fair argument concerning pre-patch Rachel's scenario. It's an entirely different concept. It deals with risk/reward. Rachel had a perpetual offense after it began, as the odds of making a correct reversal read after it began were astronomically against the defender. This followed from any juggle, knockdown as well as most holds/throws, and was particularly nasty when walls where in the vicinity. It was completely open-ended to enter the situation. Very minimal risk for a perpetual reward that could be re-initiated in the blink of an eye. Hayabusa gets good damage from certain stage things (and still, even then, is topped by others), but they have huge risks involved in executing them (which should be obvious). Rachel didn't have much risk in enter her shenanigans, and the reward was massive and enduring. And why didn't you feel the same way? My silly nonsense was gimped from +15 to +1 (on partial charge, mind you) with braindead force techs removed in tow. However, I gained something that's at least easier to punish, but now gives me +21 if it lands near the wall.
When it comes to his lows, I just want his 2P to be faster. Having your fastest low at i16 is pretty shitty.
The only people who think rachel is cheap are the ones who stay on the floor.
