I mean..., that was an existing previous costume that was requested. It's supposed to be a half-fiend transformation (as Rachel is half-fiend). I'm sure you know this already, but who else would that costume fit? I highly doubt that's going to be on the copy-paste list. And the bodysuit version looks terrible (because they didn't really put any effort into it except to make it less explicit).

Gonna put $100 on only one more DLC character after Nyotengu. Who wants to bet against me?

I am the very definition of poor, unfortunately.

But, I wouldn't mind if Nyotengu was the last one IF they double back and at least give the 3 new characters tag throws and/or intros and outros with some people. I don't expect extra story chapters to be that feasible, but I think they could at least do the former.

They did the same thing with the training DLC as well. I think if it's going to consoles first they don't reveal the outfits until they come out.

It's actually surprising they gave us any news at all. Usually Monday night (Tuesday in Japan) is when we find out that there is new DLC.
