Well Kasumi got a pattern on her outfit actually. But she is the main character.

Not yet, at least in NA.

I think the Maid costumes are kind of cute. I did think that Marie Rose should've had a blue outfit, or even a traditional black one, since her C4 isn't "maid" enough, imo. As usual, if you don't like them, don't buy them.
