Exactly. It seems he's only singling out people who want DOA to be more e-sports/serious (AKA lowering the sex appeal) as "pleasing podophiles", but I think he's needlessly stoking flames of division in the community when in 2025 there's no substantial battle going on anymore between "competitives & casuals". Why KT/TN went the direction they did with 6 is anyone's guess, but it wasn't due to grassroots effort afaik.

The most disrespectful NG message I seen was when someone said Wuthering Waves is superior to NG in every way. Combat or not, the moment you enter the gacha territory you lost all credibility in my opinion lol.

Yes, I am aware of Punishere1’s comments towards FSD. They are both abrasive and disgusting. He will be attacked soon like never before in a way in which he will never come back from. Unfollow him before you get labeled too.

I had to stretch my brain back to remember the guy who ran Evo... I'm guessing that's what he's doing... He's using "FSD" as a catch-all term for "the competitive/e-sports DOA scene" (guess he's never seen the huge DOAX thread here, lol) and saying anyone who wants DOA to be a competitively viable and "serious" game (not just gameplay-wise but aesthetically) was kowtowing to a hypocritical pedo's "core values".

I really have to stetch my mind back (not sure if I'm remembering right), but back around 15 years ago when I just started looking into DOA's communities (got into DOA World), I remember some talk that some place... maybe it was FSD or DOAC, not sure, had a rep of being unfriendly to "casuals" or non-competitive players and discouraged any support of DOA's fanservice.

But in 2025 I think that's an archaic idea to still be holding, I don't feel that's the case anywhere in the community today in any substantial/organized way. It helped a lot that DOA5 showed it was possible for a DOA to not only have gameplay that satisfies competitively but also takes fanservice to another level... the game still became both a hit and had support. Makes DOA6's direction all the more confusing.

This video looks like it was made as a tech demo/prototype for an upcoming fighting game. The worst about this video is there is a lack of sexy outfits, gives Me DOA6 & VV Prism Nightmares. I'd be more forgiving to A.I. since its programmable unlike humans.

currently replaying NG2 with the caveat that I can only use weapons that I rarely play with, them being the vigoorian flail, tonfas, dual swords, and talons, and woo boy, NG2 is already a hard game, but add using weapons you're woefully unfamiliar with and the difficulty spikes to a whole new level :/

Idk why Ayane has fascinated me lately. I used to dislike her, but its like now I truly understand why she's the way she is, she has something to prove to those who wronged her and she refuses to let her past shape who she grows into. You have to give her grace for how she was treated as a child tbh.

Especially once she becomes the head/leader of the Hajinmon sect/part of the Mugen Tenshin clan after Genra's death, she earns the respect she yearned for but her personality doesn't change much outside of her not harboring hatred towards the people who harmed her as well as Kasumi. The shorter version of this description would be that she kinda cool.

hot take; not mad over Halo CE not having multiplayer, since i'm part of the small sect of gamers who appreciates a FPS that focuses on having a strong single player campaign, although the idea of releasing Halo 1 for a 3rd time is still an odd decision

The same could be same for Gears of War Reloaded, except that has multiplayer for PS and Xbox.
There's even rumors that Halo 2 and 3 will receive campaign remakes as well with no multiplayer.
IMO just rerelease Halo MCC on PS. That could revive that game. Most just play H3.

New protagonist you play 90% of the game with, you only play Busa in the last half of the game and his missions are essentially Yakumo's levels but abridged and you even fight the same bosses. Dark Dragon boss fight is unironically very similar to the Saviour from DMC4 so yes it is essentially DMC4 again
