Too bad Gamestop's bread & butter trade in and used gaming service sucks... and woah, someone would actually want to trade in their SNES there in 2025? lol

At least in Canada, EBGames was bought back from them and they'll be rebranding Gamestop stores back, but if that'll lead to an improvement in quality is still up in the air...

Now if only Future Shop could be saved from Best Buy... XD back to the 2000s!

I mean, the latest story chapter is an easy fix.

It can be retconned as a nightmare Lidia was waking up from. And guess what? Heihachi can still be playable while having no impact on the story.

Michael Murray and Nakatsu are already the ones leading Tekken, it's been that way since like late Tekken 7
Harada was the head of Tekken Project but Murray and Nakatsu are the ones that are making Tekken 8

Oh, well if he's gonna leave after T9 then there's a chance he could very well leave on a high after a Tekken redemption arc maybe, lol.

@inochinagi He wasn't too involved with the T8 project iirc considering Murray is the producer and Nakatsu is the game director. You could say he left on T7 as his arc I guess.

He did state that new Tekken games is very likely going to continue without him.

I didnt mean to suggest that the issues were because of Harada, but if he left after T8 it would be the last Tekken game he's worked on or that he's associated with, that's all. Looking at it more from his perspective in terms of legacy. But I'm sure T9 could at least be an improvement over T8 if he's sticking around for that and/or he'll have more input on it this time.

Thanks for the replies everyone! I ll wait myself. If there is an actual release date on DOA7, the new people and the next generation will determine the success of doa7. I am just one person after all.

A better idea instead of letting the "new people and the next generation determining the success of doa7", is TN/KT need to listen to the DOAXVV crowd & Players who paid for their Paid-V Stones such as Myself as an example, and I get to be the person who gets to decide where DOA7 goes in terms of direction and what platform its release to.

Another better idea is to replace the human talents with A.I. Generator where I get to type or provide pictures which will generate into a proper DOA7 following up DOA5LR & DOAXVV.

Every fighting game from here on out should have an unlockable bonus setting for immense rag doll effects after a KO. After playing Yakuza again, I realized how much of a joy I have where you would try stupid shit to see how the rag doll effect would react. Will they fly sky high with silly spins? or land in the most dumbest way possible. Win-win.

Always thought it was dope how doa dimensions let you play classic and modern versions of Hayate and Kasumi, it'd be cool if they could do that again with characters whose classic and modern iterations ended up being vastly different

Ryu would be a good fit for this given how stance heavy his current version is and his classic version was more about killing you in 2 unbreakable throw combos

Kasumi's the only one they let you do that with. Shiden is not "classic Hayate," he's just DOA4 Hayate with fewer moves.

is that so? I just assumed Shinden was a DOA3 Hayate reskin this whole time 'cause he had less moves than the (at the time) current version, then again, I haven't played DOA3 Hayate in 20 years so my knowledge of that particular move set is a bit scuffed to say the least lol

Turned on my PS4 for the first time in over a year, took almost 15 mins to finally load up but at least everything works. Even my old controller still works but i just have to keep it plugged in to use. If only I had something new to play on it...

Yeah this is probably the most well known and liked trio in the danganronpa series, I personally prefer the training trio but these three are also great!
