Could be someone's kink but it doesn't necessarily mean that one who wears a fundoshi equates to a gay man.
The point is, it's just clothes. They don't define gender or sexual preferences.
There are men who doesn't like shirts with thick and rough fabrics and that they'd resort to buying from the women's section all because it's comfortable. There are women who doesn't like wearing girly clothes and go find a suit at the men's section for the same reason (though it's easier for them nowadays).
Is that suppose to be a cocktail dress or an evening gown lingerie?

Its not polite to revel in other peoples unhappiness and/or disappointment.
I dont think the outfit looks bad (like Clown-hitomi or Pumkinhead-Mila). Im just disappointed that its not an outfit I'd use.

Call me bitter but you weren't being polite either rubbing up on people's faces who wanted something else for a DLC.
Unusable? All because it doesn't reveal anything? Try to broaden the horizon beyond swimsuits. You can have a formal dress fight on Lorelei once people received the normal version of the stage with Tina in this costume along with Leifang, Helena, Sarah, Christie and Lisa/La Mariposa in their formal dresses.
