I'm pretty sure the 68 damage is on NH. Right now it does 67 and is i17 (I believe). Increasing the damage and the speed seems...stupid.

Yes Kasumi's new 33T is complete bullshit. Pai could get similar damage off an i12 grab in 1.02 but they patched it out. The funniest thing is Kasumi's i12 now does more damage than Alpha's unless they reverse that nerf, and I have a feeling they won't (Pai's 66H+K nerf from 1.03 is confirmed intact in 5U). Their approach to balancing in 5U smells like DOA4 all over again.

I read through this whole thread...and if the yare removing force tech....then characters like Mila, Helena, and Zack...yes he has force techs family just got fucked over big time. there goes my force techs that left me at +9, +10, and +11. I love you guys so much. Guys you're talking to someone who plays a character I feel TN doesn't respect design wise and gameplay wise. They just seem to do whatever with Zack after they get done making their skimpy outfits for the girls.

Another thing I wanna say this is that no matter what they do in DOA5U characters like Bass will be forever low tier because of how the game is made.I'm calling it right now. forever alone....

I doubt Helena will lose her PFT, it's the only thing that makes her somewhat unique as a character. Without it she has no real individuality, plus TN is too lazy to overhaul Helena, especially seeing how she isn't a very popular character.

Yeah Alpha's gonna get a little boost maybe... She never had FT's and the bigger lifebar means her 0 dmg counters are now a little less worse than others' ~50 dmg counters.

About Helena nothing's confirmed yet but I wouldn't be surprised if they did her like that. I mean they nerfed at least one of Bass's FT setups. Bass.

You have no confirmation DOA5U doesn't. It's possible they are removing the ground game to have a more active focus on the attack system with guaranteed setups like DOA3.
