Ayane is 18, none of the characters in DOA are jailbait so I doubt Momiji would be younger by much probably by a few weeks or months
Also Rachel could be the same age as Ryu, or maybe even hundreds of years old since she's not fully human

That's cool in theory, but would be more fitting for Hayate. I think it would look kind of silly on Ein, particularly with his stance. Ein would need something more like a knave/peasant outfit or Viking/Ogre mail.

Spartan armor in particular would do nicely.

Too late. Spartan armor is manly, so its already claimed by Leon. Ein is too much of a pretty boy to make it look good, anyway.

Leon never wore spartan gear though. His armor was more colesseum fare. I'm just saying if there was a set like this, Hayate should get the "White Knight" type of gear and Ein should get something more like this.

Ein/Hayate just would NOT look good with a helmet.
