It's not that it is bad...the design is just a little weird. Lol, is that supposed to be some kind of a futuristic beret?

Ayane C23:
I remember seeing this costume in 2U and loving it very fondly. Now I get to love it again, as someone said the undone belt strap is a bit unnessasary however it sorta makes sense she's grown older than what she was in DOA2U how many clothes still fit you from when you were 16? xD
Christie C1:
Quite possibly one of her best catsuits in the history of her catalogue, DOA3 catsuit is iconic but this is very sexy and just looks awesome.
Christie C8:
This costume just screams Christie's malevolent side it looks like what a antagonist would wear. This is also the first costume I ever saw Christie as I played DoA4 before DOA3.
Helena C7:
Iconic and a true classic so glad the brought this back, although I much prefer the black version of her C2.
Hitomi C8:
Another straps/thigh highs great and looks awesome, cute and in some way sexy haha the bear face on the front is little much though. However, I love everything else I love her thigh high socks, the shoes and the sweater/skirt combo itself and it looks best with the ponytail.
Leifang C3:
Possibly one of her best costumes in a looooooooooooooooooong time, and a nice casual set of clothes that are perfect for the street stages. Added with the pigtails/long hair variants this looks super awesome.

A classic and one of my favourites from DOA2U, I love, Love, LOVE! the panda sweater ^~^
Leifang C23:
Leifang's Teacher/Schoolgirl DLC, this is one of the few I actually liked enough to buy (although I ended buying the whole set anyway ¬_¬ NEED to stop doing that) but I digress, Leifang looks like a Science collage student or something here and she looks great while doing it definitely one of the best.

Iconic and one of her greats, however it seems to have the sluttier as the games go on thing that Ayane's straps/thigh highs costume has but still looks good even with the sleeker sexier look. this costume looks the best with the long hair in 5U however it looks greatest with the shorttail from DOA1 - 2U

1.) DOA1 Zack Costume 1/2
I dunno, he just clicked to me as soon as my dad gave me this game for PS1 as he was on the front cover for DOA1. It's just so cool.
2.) DOA2 (PS2) Zack Costume 1
The hair, the flame, and the whole concept though...
3.) DOA2(U) (PS2/Xbox) Zack Costume 2/6
The costume I had fell in love with is just immaculate. I don't even know why. Too...much... swag...

4.) DOA1 (PS2) Hayabusa Costume 1/2/3/++2
Have you ever seen a ninja with Kappa shoes? No, you have not. The original designs for Hayabusa were funny, but cool, too.
5.) All Hayabusa costumes based off of his DOA2 Costume 1
Just the unique design of the game. The master ninja costume has been brought into this world by the DOA costume designer himself, Uncredited.
6.) DOA2 Jann Lee Costume 1/2
This Bruce Lee inspired costume has to be one of the best unintentionally sick costumes.
7.) DOA5 Brad Wong Costume 7
The thing that draws me to this costume is the colour scheme. Nuff said.
8.) DOA2U/ DOA5 Helena Costume 7 (Granny Dress)
I don't know why, but it is a Chinese Gi-type dress and she rocks it. So yeah.
9.) Bayman Beret Costumes
Tell me you don't like this iconic costume that Bayman has. Tell me.
10.) A TON of female costumes. Due to image cap reasons, I cannot show the ones that I like.

Mad respect for showing Hayabusa's DoA1 costumes and his maskless throwback.. the best two costumes he's ever gotten with all the recolours. my posts are focusing on 5U right now but when I finish I'll draw my attention to 2U and 3

After a long hiatus, I'm ready to talk more about my favorite costumes.
JANN LEE - C6
For all of 5, I pretty much used his C3 or C4, but I was disappointed by his lack of something... classy. Boy, did I get what I wanted here. It looks like something JL would wear to his gig as a bouncer, and if you team him up with Bass in his C6, you get a whole 'mob lord + enforcer' thing going. Also, sunglasses.
KASUMI - C3
I can't say anything about this outfit that hasn't been said already. This was my only used outfit for her in 5, simply because it screams Ninja Gaiden. It's sleek, sexy, heroic and makes Kasumi look like she's going to break you. Given her past status as a technical pacifist, this is pretty much her new 'game face'. I fear for what she'll do to Donovan when she gets her hands on him.
KOKORO - C3
I really like the casual clothing in DOA5/5U, and this stands above the rest. It exudes a sexy cuteness that fits Kokoro like a glove, it actually looks semi-practical for a sparring session, and it's red! Personally, I add the glasses and ponytail for maximum cute.
... Okay, I admit it! I mostly just like it because it puts her in spats! What can I say? Spats are hot.
LISA - C5
Depending on my mood, I'll either use a Lisa or La Mariposa costume, but I tend to default to this one. She's dressed for success, has some sweet sunglasses, and doesn't have that furry coat I just do not like.
LEIFANG - C8
This has been one of Leifang's iconic dresses since DOA2, and she's never looked better in it until now. This dress drips with sex appeal, yet ends up looking extremely badass in the middle of a fight. I tend to add the glasses and let her hair down.
No, seriously, why hasn't Jann Lee taken her to his room yet?
LEON - C1
This outfit is everything Leon is: gritty, well-weathered, and badass. When someone says you're about to fight The Strongest Man In The World, this is what haunts your nightmares. Leon is one well-dressed mercenary.
MILA - C2
Funny how the Wiki actually puts her with glasses, too. This outfit solidifies Mila's new position as DOA's resident tomboy. It's got that tough look that shows she's capable of throwing you to the ground and bashing your head into the pavement, but it also doesn't detract from her feminine traits at all.
MOMIJI - C3
Much like Kasumi's, this is just too good to not use. I could just cut and paste what I Iike about this from Kasumi's part, but I'll spare you a repeat performance, and just say Momiji wears hers better. Regardless, a great costume for my main, although I wish Momiji had a hair-down option.
PAI - C4
Speaking earlier of outfits dripping with sex appeal... Pai looks amazing in this outfit, especially with her new alternate hairstyle. I'm mostly at a loss for words... except that it showcases her legs nicely, and it's red. In case it isn't obvious, I like red.
RACHEL - C7
I can only really use this costume if I'm trying to play Rachel seriously, just because it's the least 'fetish-wear'-y of her costumes, and it still qualifies as such. Ah, well. At least I can put glasses are her.
Also, the coat goes nowhere. Lab coats are f**king awesome.

Lisa's classic DOA4 outifit is was one my favorite outfits ever, though i prefer the metallic silver look it had in 4, rather than the hard ivory plastic look in 5.
Also, Tina's DOA2 C1, with the silver tassles! And the zebra pants outfit from DOA3!

Alright, let's finish Round 1.
RIG - C1
IMO, the best C1 in the game. It makes Rig look like the hardened badass he is, and fits his role in the actual story. I mean, he looks like a mid-boss! The palatte swap C4 is just as good.
HAYABUSA - C1
My god, this costume hits me right in the childhood. I can't look at this outfit and not think that Ryu looks like a villain from some Power Rangers series. Not just some monster-of-the-week trash, either. The main man, the big bad, the Lord Zed of the show.
SARAH - C3
This is a very nice addition for Sarah in 5U. I'd be using her dress exclusively, but I'd rather be using something attractive that doesn't flash her panties every time I use Flamingo stance. Also, it gives me slight slight DMC3 Dante vibes.
TINA - C9
Tina's 'enforcer' outfit. This and her C2 are the only costumes I can use seriously. It's still got that sex appeal that all Tina costumes should have, but it doesn't overwhelm you with it.
ZACK - C2
As we all know, Zack's a bit of a joke now (plot-wise). That said, he's still gotta look the part as Helena's #2, and when Zack wants to look good, he does. This shows his energy and professionalism all at once, and tops it with a sweet hat. Seriously, I want that hat.
ALPHA-152 - C4
Of all the palatte swaps, this is the best, simply because she isn't see-through anymore.
Anyways, Round 1 is over, so I'll just screw any actual order and just post other great costumes in the future.

This costume is awesome I also love that you can remove the beanie too, she has a real "daughter of Bass" look here.
Tina C7:
Possibly the most Iconic and even best costume Tina has ever had and will ever get.
Tina C9:
Another iconic great, Although vastly prefer her DOA1 C1 (which they gave to Mila) I still really like this one too a nice throwback, if only she had the brunette hair too.
Hayate C2/C8:
Another Iconic masterpiece, although for the same reason I like Busa's SotF I usually go with Hayate's shirtless option makes an awesome tag costume with Busa's SotF.
Hayate C3:
My fave Hayate costume, plus I just really like Hayate masked it actually makes him look cool.
The Bow and quiver is a really nice touch too.
Hayate C6:
Another ninja taking fashion notes from Hayabusa, If Hayate ever makes it into a main NG game he has to wear this! it's perfect for a game like Ninja Gaiden. That scarf just seals the deal.
Hitomi C9:
I never bought this costume in Vanilla 5 (good thing too lol), but now I got to use it in 5U with the ponytail it has quickly become one of my all time faves.
Hitomi C22:
Part of the recent sports DLC, this is the only costume I bought from that pack as this is a true classic, I remember this costume being one of my faves from DOA2U and now it's in 5U!! and looks 100x better with the ponytail option <3
Hitomi C20:
Hitomi's Team O costume, adorable, cool and sexy, one of the best costumes she's ever had along with her denims, college hoodie, and her straps/thigh highs combo.
Jann Lee C5:
An excellent homage to a legend, and an excellent costume for our main JKD man Jann Lee!
Jann Lee C7:
This gets in because it looks so much like his DOA2 C1, but for the same reason I hate this costume haha xD
Momiji C2:
In my personal opnion this is the only good costume Momiji has. her C3 is also good but this is borderline legendary the only costume that beats this, is the original Itagaki version from Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword.
Tina C2:
