I haven't turned on the game, but I can guess that he's saying "tsuki ari". It's kind of a fencing/kendo term for an opening to attack or thrust. It's used in many other games as well. If I remember correctly, they translated it in English as "You're wide open!", giving some credence to my idea.
You'll have to give me a bit on the second one. I know what line you're talking about so I can search for it on my own, but I can't hear it clearly enough in that video to know straight away.

Brute, No wonder I didn't get it at first. It's one of them weird ninja-y things that no one actually says. My best guess is "Tsuketachiita ze!" which is kind of like, "I've come to interfere!"
