Edit to avoid double post: I'm seriously having trouble with the low jabs. it's pissing me the fuck off because many players just rely too much on them online instead of actually learning their characters. I was practicing Lau in Player Match a few moments ago and a Pai player just kept throwing low jabs at me along with the same four strings over and over. It's ridiculous, we need to find a way to stop the fucking low jabs. I usually don't have MANY problems with them while playing Aoi because she has "defensive holds" but my other guys, Eileen, Blaze and so far, Lau, just fall too easily to them.

Whenever you block a low jab you are +5 advantage. That means unless they evade your quickest mid/jab will always win. It's basically how quick you are to react after blocking the low jab. Reversals in this game aren't very strong and are more of a tool to use if someone is being REALLY predictable as they don't give as much damage. If you go for a reversal and someone does a big launcher that risk reward is so far out of your favor.

This game is so amazing. I've spent several hours on the game just customizing characters. It feels so good to finally have another great 3D fighter to play. Online play has been good so far and I can't wait to play online with my friend this weekend. Plus I'll be practicing alot with my Sarah so that I can easily transistion with her over to Dead Or Alive 5.

To everyone here who plays me (Allan, Syph, Wizz, Gill, etc): I'm currently having internet problems so I might not be able to play with you guys during the weekend and probably Monday. I'll try to have it fixed by Tuesday so we can resume the private Room Matches.

Edit: Sorry to everyone at the stream today for the lagfest I caused. As I said when I entered the room, my intention was to not bother you with laggy matches, so yeah.. sorry :(
Btw, I'm not sure why but I figured when Paradiso joined the party it just kicked me out of it. Don't ask me why is that, tho. So I'm not sure if you could hear me for the most part.

Oh well, that would be it I guess. Thanks for the invitation and letting me have some fun anyway.

Forgive my ignorance here, Ive been playing VF5 FS with my nephew and he got the costume packs. How do I equip costume D or S? Do I have to save them as if they were custom creations and then pick them?.. I found it odd I couldn't just cycle through them like A & B. Thanks for any help here.

When you go into customize. Press start and you can choose the different types of outfits you want to customize. Make sure you press new data when you want to customize a completely different outfit. If you don't, you will end up saving over one of the customizations you already created.

Exactly. If you want the 'default' type D, E, S, etc you have to save them as if they were new custom outfits. Then you can select them from the character screen by pressing 'X' (or square if you're playing on PS3, I guess).

I think I speak for everyone in the party when I say don't worry about it.

Granted I wish things could have been smoother, but at least you got to rep FSD on stream. Actually after reviewing your Vanessa I got home and started practicing mine more so thanks for that. (She should be ready by Sunday)

Also, I'm most def picking up Jacky as well.
