Character you dont like fighting?

I roll Dan on SSF4. Offline or online, he was hard to win with and fun to play.

There isn't really a particular character I don't like to play against in this game. I don't like playing poorly (i.e. falling for easily blocked moves/avoidable strings/guessing wrong/bad inputs/just sucking/etc)

I spend about 78% of my time losing, 89% of my time learning, 99% of them relearning, and 7% trying not to be discouraged and about 98% of the time playing something else. I realized my place in the fighting scene is more of an organizer than a competitor. I've never the time nor skill for even a novice to warm up on.

Based on my 3 days playing this game online (playing S+ ranks), they look at my rank or play a match and immediately pick Bass for until they get tired of whooping me. I think he's the communal ruler for 'if you can't beat him, you won't enjoy the thrashing I give you from someone else'.

That said, I've only played against the boss/dlc characters, Bass, the ninjas (minus hayate), and Christie. Sometimes people pick Bayman just to see him win as I only play him.

I'm having a hard time agaisnt Mila and i don't understand why i can't break any of the grabs. i hit every button so fast and nothing happens. i don't like this.

Supposed to press grab when COMBO pops up before I do.

Hint, I press punch/kick slightly BEFORE it will pop up so it will register just as it pops up. Time ahead. Once you learn that her grabs are mostly just an annoyance.

And if Mila gets you with a mid kick hold into tackle, use the hold button instead of the throw button. The tackle from a mid kick hold registers as a "combo hold" instead of a "combo throw", thus the reason you should press that button to escape.

The throw button technically registers as "P+H" meaning that the "H" button registers when you hit the throw button.

As such, you can use the throw button to break all chain throws, whether they be a throw, OH or DH.

Yeah I cant say much about defending I never see other miles using her ground game lol. I only know the offensive side of it.

We got alot of stuff going on though! Plus, my MU knowledge lacks severly - I tend to think Alpha's the worst against anybody (stats be damned) If it takes being "cheap" to beat her - that's terrible (and no, spare me the spiel). I've asked even Xblades and he's like: "Where do I start?" I feel like I'm all alone here! But yeah, I doubt I'll make it! Should be a great tourney though!

IKR - I've fought a few of them online - I actually feel bad either way! And Xcal is quite stupid! I got maybe one round in five fights against him! haha! But what difference would it make? It takes "no skill" to beat her - ironically, alot of people say, it takes no skill to win with her. I'm trying to figure out wtf is meant by skill?

Shut it, Brute! All I said was, I'd have a tough time winning! But since we're only the subject, don't tourneys seem hum-drum since we usually solely see top tier characters? Look, I don't want this to be a pissing match between us, but you are doing like most and not helping!!
