I still don't get the hype about Momiji at all, but as long as Leon and Ein make a comeback, that's fine by me.

I'm not talking about just this. I meant that he called most of the additions to DOA5 and what they would patch. The last thing he said that hadn't come true was "Man, now if they'd only add Momiji..."

My realistic wishlist would be:
-Addition to Mojimi + Leon the game should atleast have Ein & Tengu
-Team Battle
-couple more stages (some with enviromental effects such as rain & thunder etc)
-BGM is swappable like in DOA5+
-Improvement to netcode
-someway to "link" players with the original DOA5 & the new project so the community doesn't split in two(online)
-alot more unlockable costumes, also transfer bought DLC's from original DOA5 to those who paid for them or include them in the game and say fuck you to the ones who bought them rofl, whatever I just dont want to buy them again -.-
-minor character customization
anything past this list, to me would be a huge suprise

TN said something about giving us info this week in a tweet last week.you'll notice that it isnt TN that revealed that video well at least not to the west.they haven't even acknowledged it yet.
I played with him Sunday night (the day that this news came out) and he was telling me that he believes Momiji was intended to be part of the DOA5 roster all along, but was cut due to the game being rushed out for a cash grab. I can believe that. That or they always wanted her in the game, but intentionally left her out so that we'd have to buy her later, knowing that we all would (though I, personally, couldn't care less for her).
I'd believe the same in regards to Leon too, as well as Tengu and Ein, whom I'm sure will also be in this re-release.
That sounds like the end of DragonBallZ so much. LOL

We don't know yet. It'll likely be in disc form at least, but I'm hoping it will be both.

me too, specially cuz im a student and i really dont have to much money for this kind of things, i would considere though if the game have more costumes and it's retroactive (all the dlc's that i bought works on this version) but im still hoping for the DLC format (sadly mi hopes are dying at this point).
I'm going with the disc version, myself. I just hope that they'll do a DLC version as well so that both DOA5 players and DOA5U players can play together.

Can't see how it would be a re-release unless there were some pretty huge balance changes to go along with the new content. MVC3 and UMVC3 as well as SF4 to SSF4SUPERAE2026CUPCAKEDITION were in both cases practically completely different games. Especially competitively.
