    How can you tell when you're losing to a "skilled" player or a bad player? People tend to play quite differently offline where fraudulence can get weeded out pretty quickly.

    Regardless of skill level, every match matters (excluding laggy play). Win or lose, understanding why you take damage more at certain times, or why you lost is where you need to ask yourself why you got hit. Or why you lost.

    A neutral throw can be broken as a punish right? So is that move considered safe until a throw that isn't neutral can punish it?

    Yes, generally moves that are -6 or -7 are considered semi-safe, not against grapplers of course.

    If you're using Pai then you gotta forget you even have a Block Button. Use Strikes All Day.

    Not a bad thing to be patient imo but once you get that first stun or that first throw, your goal should be to not let them hit a button until the next round.

    IKR !!! I never switch my main just because a new character. Kasumi is and stays #1 the rest I switch.
