    Arcana Heart 3 is a hard game to recommend, you spend all your time talking how it's fast and unique fighting game experience but then a loli in a school swimsuit pops up and they're like "nah i'm good"

    @Camel with 2 thumbs Oh its a hard recommend alright, by the same type of people who wouldn't like DOA for their outfit selection, and would most likely stick to normie games like SF, MK, Tekken, SSB for examples.

    @Uberprinny Most of those characters are 1. Fictional (which is important), and 2. Have Normal Outfits (exception Parace L'Sia, Scharlachrot, Minori, & Pistrix).

    That is probably the main reason why they don't give the game a fair shot. Will the XTEND version be released separately so we can purchase that version in the future or is it just going to remain as a free update to six stars with the 2 new characters being purchasable dlc's?

    It'll be cross gen like 90% of third party games in the next 1-2 years.

    Just play Genshin Impact in the meantime. It is the open world Tales of game I have always dreamed of. *__*

    Yeah, they'll release it for the current and next gen consoles most probably, which would also explain the delay I guess, since they have to make two versions of the game in this case.

    Delays are disappointing but I'm usually cool with it. It means that the developer is serious about the game. In 8th gen I almost got worried when a game didn't receive any delay whatosever usually (*coughscodassassinscreedcough*). But yeah, it's to set up the game for next gen also. Just glad that Namco moved on from the tired engine still used in Tales of Berseria.

    I guess ppl like Dragon Ball more than they hate bad netcode, cause DBZF lobbies are always full and poppin', I dunno how ppl do it

    I lie, actually I do get it, I did the same with MK9 back in the day and I do the same with Nitroplus Blasterz , love those games so much that I push through the shitty netcode and have a great time, but I aint really liking DBZF like that

    the amount of space the character can control is insane, yeah it cost resources but when said resources allow you to control space in a significant way that no other smash character can, that's OD

    Loving Genshin Impact but the character designs make my eyes bleed, why does every playable character look like they belong to a K-pop boy band or a J-pop idol group?

    Saihate hit the nail on the head with the VA. Game is definitely fun though, I like it so far. Genshin Impact has the shell of what you see in most typical anime RPGs from your typical low budget studios out there + with a Gacha placement on top of it, but on the inside is a soul of a fun and good game that most RPGs out there be lacking these days.

    It's why when it comes to most anime RPGs, I truly think they need to use Tales series from Namco as a reference that there is more types of anime characters than the usual repetitive kind that caters to that one demographic of that typical J/K-pop characters and the typical shounen pretty boy dudes.

    dunno about all Tales games but Berseria definitely is one JRPG that was anime as fck but had well written characters with hopes and dreams and aspirations I actually gave a dam about, if only all JRPG's could achieve such a feat

    Pokemon are finally doing it, they're gonna add every single legendary from previous games in S&S, hopefully this doesn't dumb down the meta to Showdown levels of dumb but we will see

    Something like KOF is different since they know each other within the dead-ass games ecosystem. Played with a lot of old heads because of the VF scene.

    once you reach a certain level you have the option to play co-op ala Dark Souls style, but it hardly seems necessary, at least early on, maybe end game content will on that "you can do it solo but it's pretty much impossible, you need a team" type deal, but we'll see

    Not super hype for Age of Calamity since gameplay wise it looks like Hyrule Warriors all over again, but it is a Breath of the Wild prequel, and that alone might push me over, we'll see
