    That's because no one listens, regardless how much logic and sense I toss around the room. Being vague, as much as I hate it, prevents me from wasting a lot of time explaining stuff that no one even listens to. At the end of the day everyone just believes whatever they want, not what's most compelling. So these days I just let them do it.
    I didn't used to. But 2 futile years later, yeah. Go nuts.

    Well, I don't know much about anyone else but I've never been one to jump to conclusions, but I know my stuff and my characters and I've been using Ein for almost a decade. I know what he has and I know what other characters have and I'm telling you he's the 2nd worst character in the game.

    What would constitute a "good player" though? I consider myself good, but any top player would make me look like complete ass.

    I mainly use it for opponents who don't SE often and throw low holds in hoping for you to whiff a throw. Awesome move in general, though.

    The force tech you get off of it is guaranteed and magnificent. On top of that it's only 3 to 5 points less damage than his best mid punch launcher on any threshold except CB. Unless your opponent is slow escaping his life's work out, there's no reason not to use this move a LOT.

    Funny how Momiji has Ein's 3P except with safe + tracking followups and better stun launch damage on top of all her other tools. #Balance

    his i9 leaves him at neutral, and given how slow his other options are, that's a BAD not NEUTRAL situation to be in the vast majority of the time. His launch throw doesn't even get a ceiling hit like basically everyone else's does (who also have other, way better tools). Everyone has 50/50s due to the game's stupid tick throw mechanics.

    Eliot is only scary because of his parry. Beyond that, if you're getting beat by Eliot, your opponent is just better than you and has gotten in your head.
    He's one of the worst 4 characters in the game. There's no way in a million years I would consider Ein in a comparable situation.

    The more I fight really good players in this game, the more I feel like an intermediate player at best.

    Haha I know how that feels. When I play with my local friends I feel like a hero. When I play against people like Gehaktbal and King Jaimy I feel like a giant sack of shit.

    In the end I learn more from playing against good players. If you just steamroll all over your opponent you're not gonna learn anything.

    I feel like an intermediate player when I play online most of the time too. Never let online dictate your mood. Good or bad. Its all a mirage.

    Got owned on DOA and FT5 quality turned out abysmal after nearly a week of working on it on this fossil of a comp. Feeling pretty defeated.
