    Sometimes I do wonder if TN is actually looking at the current other 3D fighters right now when it comes to character inclusion and actually taking notes from other game companies. Especially things such as:

    1) Original characters
    2) Great guest characters
    3) Returning characters
    4) How they are promoting it as well as DLC passes types.

    DOA should get big budget next time, considering 5 had a decent one.

    Its still hilarious to me how they bungled DOA6 so horribly that they jumped ship after a year of half-assed support while other fighters are still going strong with hype announcements and new content. Truly embarrassing on TN/KT's part and a slap to the face of the little amount of fans they had left.

    Given how Diego is uninteresting, how the returning characters that were already playable in the previous game pretty much for free received basic trailers and were DLC, how Mai ended up being in DOA6 again which iirc is the first time a fighting game has a returning guest character and given the quite expensive season passes that the game had, I'd say no and even if they would, KT would have other plans.

    No kidding, with smaller communities in poorer countries the risk of the scene dying out is a real one. With rollback, they can at least keep it alive for the time being.

    ngl that story brought me back to my days in Kenya, the abysmal upload/download speeds made online gaming impossible, u think slowdown is bad? try playing a game where your opponents only move in 30 second intervals, that's pretty much why alot of my online gaming experience back home was limited to low spec mmorpg's that didn't require quick reflexes cause we couldn't play anything else

    but it'd be interesting to see what rollback can do for these smaller countries where a smooth online gaming experience just doesn't exist due to infrastructure, and many other things

    Alright so I got free copies of DOA6 and DOA5LR. For a minute I thought I had to rebuy the games since I originally sold them, but luckily someone gave them to me.

    Though I most definitely won't compete for these current games, I do have some nitbits of ideas for recording stuff and maybe documenting! probably sometime January as I have too many games to play.

    Holy, creators of Netflix Castlevania managed to get the rights for Metroid and Capcom's Devil May Cry I hear?

    I heard about Devil May Cry for about 2 years now but nothing happened, assuming this is something from Capcom's end for approval, but Metroid actually caught me by surprise if it's true.

    Not sure what it is with The World Ends With You game or it's sequel, but just can't dig the art style and it's characters. It's like the art itself pops up on trying far too hard or something.

    artstyle looks like what would happen if you crossed Kingdom Hearts with Jet Set Radio, but i get what you mean, whenever anime characters adopt hip hop fashion trends it's a compete 50/50 whether it looks cool or completely silly

    Air Gear is the last anime i recall where it actually worked, but im sure there's more

    Honestly its a niche game, it has its fans. Its art style and characters are probably an acquired taste. I haven't play it myself as it never appealed to me but i can understand how some people love it.

    Cyberpunk has been winning awards without actually even being released lol.

    I mean hey I understand the hype, but does anyone feel that maybe they might be overhyping it as much? to the point of awards somehow given when it's not even out? lol.

    hell yeah it's overhyped, dunno why it is though, looks like every other futuristic open world game out there

    I think alot of the hype just comes it being a CD Projeck Red game, since they're one of the few triple A developers gamers seem to actually like and they also released Witcher 3 which alot of ppl enjoyed

    I'm interested in Cyberpunk 2077 and enjoyed The Witcher 3 but yeah, the gaming community needs to fucking chill with the awards Lol. Watch it end up being disappointing now due to the ridiculous overhype. To put things in perspective, I played Witcher 3 recently and it's definitely not perfect, far from it in fact. Though still a great game in its own right.

    Finished Miles Morales (Spider-Man).

    Was pretty good, but when it comes to game length it seems to be on the same ball as the first one (if not shorter than the first one), and I normally take my time with the games immensely such as sidequests or finding wonders, and then you wind up getting hit with the: "oh wow i'm near the end already? oh. Was expecting to be a bit longer but it is what it is."

    Edit: So from what I hear, Miles Morales is roughly 11 hours long on standard playtime for story with no completionist, while Spider-man 1 is 17 hours. That's pretty short to say the least lol.

    Can't say that it surprises me. Tried SM1 a good couple of months ago and played it for like 1 and half an hour where I did the first two missions plus a couple of sidequests and I saw how many side stuff there was left overall and my reaction to it was: Nah, game can't be THIS short, can it? Well, in a way its good that its that short though, I barely have any free space on my PS4 and SM1 occupies 60 GB on it.

    is it to the Vanilla version of DB that's only available on PS3 in the west or is it to Ignition which is on PS4 but JP only? either way that's an odd move from French Bread, but kudos I guess

    The answer is no dipshits. If it's not the actual default selling retail price, I do not want it lol. Besides, same month releases are sketchy so I rather wait even on default selling basic prices, but no way in the world will I spend double just for a console that isn't worth that much.
