    What do you mean? I mean, Kokoro can still do damage perfectly fine if the other guy doesn't hold. It's just that some elementary Kokoro knowledge makes it fairly simple to predict what Kokoro will extend stun with if she really wants to do a combo. She doesn't have her good sitdown stun stuff...

    Did you know that Kokoro can do 3 HiCH three part throws successfully and still have them survive? I mean, obviously this would be near impossible in a real game 'cause there would be pokes thrown in, but I get pretty upset when I get two throws and then they survive on a sliver of health...

    This is really a thing, honestly. You won't find me agreeing with d3v on anything else, but Rachel does have bad matchup against the rest of the characters that are considered high tier.

    Fastest move is 11f P, like Tina's. EDIT: She is slow, though, and relies heavily on stuff like her standing OH and 2H+K to keep up with other characters. As well as the stomp, of course.

    She just puts you in a nitaku situation. Just guess right on the 50/50 and you're out and back in charge. It's not like you're flat out dead after you get hit once.     If you get hit by two of those in one round, you really deserved to lose that round. Critical holding against a grappler a second time after they proved they know how to punish it the first time? Why. High level mind games.

    This is similar to what I told the guys at my locals. I just crouch block after PP. The throw whiffs and the kick is blocked. Her mid option knocks back, which mean you spend a tiny bit of health to get good spacing (IaMP tactics!). Free cancel options are easily reactable.

    I'd definitely would say that Christie is a lot better, but it's not like Kokoro is absolute garbage. Tiers in DOA are fairly close, 'cause of the triangle system. I know you already said it, but it's better to just play who you like.

    Right, that's why I want her stomp to stay the way it is or be even stronger (by giving her guaranteed stomp setups). If people feel that she's too strong, nerf other stuff. Take out her okizeme and she's nothing special. I want characters that are all strong at their own individual niche.
