Can anyone accurately explain how do wake up kicks work in DOA5? They're weaker compared to previous DOA's.
I'm not referring to the act of simply dodging the attack by jumping it/spacing away/guarding and punishing accordingly. I'm talking about straight up "ignoring" it.
Some facts I have...
Some characters such as Brad Wong have 3 stances: Dokuritsu-Ho, handstand, reverse handstand; so there's no need to choose.
In DOA5 'busa lost his legendary breakdance moves and the dope as fuck handstand. This is unacceptable, they should return.

3) Dead or Alive Redux
4) Vigaku / Ein
5) The Shooted / Hayabusa [DOA2]
...and many others, DOA's soundtrack is pretty damn good!
