Nope. I dont think any one has access to the final build except TN. But about the stage. Its probably my least favorite, only think i like is the music. Now we have a boring round stage.

True. DOA4 Tengu main here. Still, I'd rather all of the characters actually be viable in competitive play. I'm losing my favorite character (Tengu) and was hoping that my second favorite (Helena) would be a viable replacement, but it doesn't look likely. Brad is another character I wanted to try this time around, but apparently he's looking bad too.
There are still other characters I'm interested in that are looking decent, but the main two that I was hoping for were Helena and Brad, and apparently they'll be unusable by the looks of things.
I'm diggin' the new stageAnd judging from the music I'm guessing that might be the new boss stage where you fight Alpha-152 again, it's her theme after all.
That's a pretty good guess. My money's on that too. And the stage does look really cool.
On another note Helena's outfit looks gorgeous the way it flows around like that as she moves. Her hair is definitely shorter too. Lisa's new black outfit looks sexy as hell.

Pretty much. She may as well not even be in the game at this point. I really hope they buff her, and all the low tier characters.

Agreed. That's one thing I've always appreciated about DOA and the smaller roster. My skill level is more casual than a lot of the people here, but it's always felt like any character had a fighting chance. In a game like Tekken, there's 50+ characters, but a bunch of them are one trick ponies. DOA's roster can't afford it.
@Choco: Eh, "professional" is relative. If Black Mamba was playing that Helena, I doubt she'd look that wimpy.

Team Ninja is in crunch right now to finish the game for certification. I doubt any major changes are being made, but I hope i'm wrong.

I think our only hope to buff Helena and the others potentially bad characters is a patch later on if Team Ninja noticed they messed her up. I'm usually not for early balance patches but if it is purely a buff patch for the weakest characters I could get behind it.

I just can't figure out why Helena seems to have been hit worse than the other top tiers. Gen Fu will be BS because he always is, Ayane is the same with some new string transitions and Busa is slightly slower.
Can Busa still crush everything with his 2F+K? I'd understand her P+K getting destroyed if Busa's 2F+K, Fu's 3P+K and Ayane's 4P got raped too but I don't think that's the case.
Correct me if I'm wrong though.
