Ninja, when I tried it it only went to E which was the Pigtails, and this is Xbox One.
As I mentioned though, I was in movie mode and that's all that showed up A - E I havent tried in character select.

okay so apparently she isnt the only one. Maybe it's the movies mode only goes up to E? I'm not sure really someone should mention this to TN
EDIT: After doing some more looking, i noticed that yes in movies mode it only goes up to E universally. This though, really is only a problem for That particular outfit, and for only Lei Fang ayane kasumi and kokoro because Ayane and Leifang have 4 hairstyles with and without a mask, and Kasumi and Kokoro have 5 hairstyles.
SECOND EDIT: Kasumi and Kokoro also only have 4 of their 5 styles in the ninja outfit with and without a mask. Kokor's second bead choice is not there, and Kasumis Blue Ribbon isnt either.
Most everyone else has like 2 or 3 different hairstyles. TECHNICALLY Kokoro would (or should) have the most with 6 hairstyles, but they removed one of the four beads she had with her default hairstyle so she only has 5.
one more note: You would think that 4 different hairstyles is nice but....TN basically only uses (for most everyone) one of these styles:
Braid (of some kind)
Pigtails
Loose (either as straight, or in some other style like with Christie and Momiji)
Ponytail
Also Kasumi uses everyone of the above styles:
Her default is a ponytail
Second is braided Ponytail
Third is loose
Then the ponytail with blue ribbon
Then the side ponytail (which techincally is a single pigtail in a sense)
Okay one more edit:
The only other "style" in the game is the short style, used only by a few characters (mila tina and lisa as well as christie to be exact) as well as the two "unqiue" styles TN gave to Lisa and Mila for DOA5LR which is Lisa's white colored hair and Mila with the hairclips (which I actually think looks good for her)
One other thing I think should be fixed/given is the ability to choose multiple hair colors and glasses for every outfit, on the characters who have more than one of those.

Most of them were made free with last round if I recall correctly. Like how some vanilla dlcs were made into defaults for ultimate.

I don't know why or if it's a bug or something, but I could choose the version for Lisa's costume in PSN. Free or 2,99. I picked free and downloaded it, now I can use it in the game.
Maybe it's like a free trial for a short period of time, but are they doing stuff like this? I mean making costumes available for a short period of time to check them out? lol.

Haha I see what you mean. Just like the "Hot Getaway", you have the option to download it for free or to buy it, at least on PS4 (EU).
I checked for Lisa, but I can't. It's a shame. Probably a mistake from your region.

Bought the whole SK pack and luckily for me, there was a 10% deal on PSN that they showed on one time only fees.
Got it for 30$ instead which is now only 2-3 dollars more than the halloween pack rather than 6-7 dollars more.

With the extra money I have saved from the PSN deal up, I went and bought both of Rachel's past and present Halloween costumes and Helena's Ultimate Sexy, her Maid and Present Christmas costumes.

Can anyone else access the store through the game where everything is neat and organized (eng PS4)? I just tried it after the 2.50 PS4 update and now all I'm getting is a blank screen.
After a few minutes a message popped up saying "Network unavailable. Please check your connection." The kicker is once I got this blank screen pressing circle did nothing and I couldn't get back to the game. I had to hit the home button and close it through the XMB. I did this to check if Lisa's outfit was free in the store by mistake like someone here said so I figured 'okay.....I guess I'll just look in the main playstation store' and lo and behold her SK outfit isn't even listed. In fact only 8 out of the 16 outfits are listed. It's missing Lisa, Nyo, Tina, Mila, Momiji, Marie, Rachel, and Phase 4.
