i used a currency translator. the deluxe edition (with Phase, 25 dlc outfits, 3 BGMs, + exclusive Kas dlc) will be around 88-90 USD. which isnt tooooo bad. imma start saving up.

The trailer got me hyped too... but I'm not a fan of the 2 pre-order DLC characters either...

But I and others knew it was going to be an inevitability(which is why I rarely used it for arguments for the games' defense).
But I am a massive DOA fan and thus... I kinda have to get the Deluxe Variant.

So in terms of "redesign" :

- Baeman got sunglasses and new trousers. I'm still waiting for the full render to see if he is a toot or a boot. He appears to be slimmer and his face seems "harsher" though. Hopefully he has hairs on his chest.
- Marie got nothing new. Her C1 has always been very solid to me, but that's it for the moment. The eyeliner is a nice addition.. I guess.
- Honoka got a new casual costume, which is basic and something Kasumi would wear. Which is okay to me if Kasumi keeps her casual leather jacket.
- Ayane follows the trend, wearing a hood. Her design is like a mashup of one of her NG costume + her C1 from DOA5. It's okay for me. Nothing special.
- Hitomi and Lei Fang have matching casual costumes. Hitomi is like a mashup of Misaki (DOAXVV) and Miharu (TTT2). It's cute. I prefered Lei Fang's casual costume from DOA5 though. Hopefully her white dress/blue shirt will be back, with the ponytails. That's an iconic design.
- I cannot wait to see Zack's suit in all recolors. Patterns would be cool for a change, instead of a simple color swap.

I hope we will still get the usual character reveal trailers at TGS (or before…). So we can have a better look at the chars, see at least everyone's FR and BB and a few new moves here and there… Also, the stage(s), can't really tell how the Dino park looks and if the Lab thing is story mode only or an actual stage.

Also now with a better look at Helena's new/old boobs… they are pretty massive lol (I still think her initial DoA6 size was a better fit for the char… but whatever. If it makes “the fans“ happy) Can't really tell if Honoka got smaller, probably not.

Leifang is in the lead at the moment with 3 unique outfits and Helena still only has a single costume… probably because hers was still deemed DoA enough XD

I miss the old "new" direction already.

There never really was much of a “new direction” imo… just marketing spin for the West. At least it seems more people pay attention to DoA6 now, but I kinda doubt this will translate into actual sales…

There's still TN's own conference thing during TGS so maybe more could be revealed? Still so much was revealed already for TGS so I won't expect another character reveal.

The new Dead or alive 6 Story trailer is lit. It’s great to see Ayane, Marie Rose, Honoka and Bayman make a comeback. Also Leifang classic cheongsam dress looks sooo good. I was shook!

This is honestly all really exciting tbh! I hope they continue to give us reveals way before the actual events take place xD I hope the new girl will be a cute girl with a hime cut or something that'll give me an excuse to use her, if she really is Korean I'm all for it since Seung Mina is SC is Korean and she's my SC2 crush xD I'm just hoping she'll be unique and not a stereotype

Also I'm happy they didn't touch Marie Rose's design, I had a feeling they would leave the DLC characters from LR and Ultimate as is, I just hope she has her battle suit since I prefer that outfit. And I wonder what the deluxe 25 costume set will be? I hope it's some fan designs or something like that
