From what I see, he uses earth type movements and came from MK Special Forces. He might be in this game. He was in challenge tower for MK9 on PS Vita so it possible.

Rain was incredibly badass, but if he is in this game i REALLY hope they fix his costume his MK9 incarnation was just bad

smoke was probably my favorite of the ninjas in MK9. i hope they keep the hair option really made him stand out even if the hair was baddy done in a permanent cowlick
