The character wars on here remind me very much of the pop star wars everywhere else. Repetitive, heated, and with some extremely delusional people. Also both wars are kind of fun to watch.
Hooooww is it Leon and Bayman, strong enough to break bones but slow as hell, could possibly beat someone of the same or more strength (100 lb sword wielded with ease, that NG3 goddess scene etc etc) that ALSO has incredible speed and evasion? Even if the strength has to do with whatever Blaze was talking about even though it doesn't, he still has that strength.

Once again, if you stand there and let them do it. I wonder what would happen to Leon/Bayman if they just stood there and let a grunt do that. They'd just get pummeled and have their throats slit. The difference is Ryu can take a slit throat like it's nothing.

From TN's track record they only create new fighting styles for the next iteration. In this case they won't do that.

I can see Niki more with a similar gimmicky fighting style to Bonne Jenet (considering the fact that they are both wearing long purple dresses).
Niki can even take off her shoe and start pummeling the opponent with it as a throw apart from the slap and kick default throw B. Jenet had.

Exactly. Things that can kill Ryu in ninja gaiden doesnt phase him or others in DOA. Amd inversely, characters from doa are shown to do superninja Ninja Blade worthy feats in ninja Gaiden.
So its less "he did it in ninja gaiden so he must be holding back in DOA", so much as
In DOA, defense is exaggerated, while in NG, offense is exaggerated
If Mila or Leon were ever playable in ninja Gaiden, damn right youd see them do mount tackles on giant demons and chuck tanks with a one armed dervish throw, respectively.
So with all the above considered, I still say the bone breakers are logically top dogs in a fight. Ryu may be on par due to his super ninja skills, but I wouldn't say he's any better than Bayman or Leon.
If Ryu is the super ninja, Leon is the Super Soldier (having to choose, id give the title to leon over bayman, due to raw power and bayman getting owned by Alpha in 5). Hence his original moniker of "Ultimate Weapon".
