I actually don't think that's supposed to be specifically Bankotsubo's voice in the background of Nyotengu's win pose. I think it's just supposed to be Japanese theatre-style yells.
Even in the "Tengu-Mai" track from DOA2, you can pretty much separate Tengu's voice from the background yells.
You can hear them at 0:13 and 0:19 roughly.
