You cant assume how people have got their wins. But win ratios give you an idea of a persons skill. Hello? No one believes in educated conclusions anymore? Doesn't make it 100% percent right but it usually works. And of course every person is different. If you fought 500 times and won 20 its safe to assume you're a beginner.

I've met mashy and scrubby players with a high win ratio and i've met amazing players who had an even win ratio. Your move.

? Out of context.
I re-read it again to be sure. Sadly, it's still just as contradictory as it was originally posited.

You sought to validate the integrity of your method through use of an exaggerated hyperbole. Even assuming the logic of the hyperbole is sound, Chapstick's win/loss ratio is not comparable to 20/500 (nor is nearly anyone's), so really what the discussion refers to are the more plausible, numerous and ambiguous cases (for example, a 30% distribution as opposed to the 4% distribution cited previously). In those cases, as you suggested (once, anyway), it's really not advisable to assume how someone acquired their wins and losses. A 30% win ratio player is often every bit as good as a 70% one. Assuming you don't just kick everyone who doesn't have a 71% or higher win ratio, it would be ill-advised to assume the "accuracy" of any online win/loss ratio that you are likely to encounter (case in point).

Well sorry you felt a type of way but there was definitely a reason. Idk what your gamer tag is.

Not just rank I look at the fight To win ratio personally. I have friends of different skill level .
I think I was using my main, Phalangeh (PS4).

My ratio right now is ~50% 2k fights 1k wins (after a save file reset) but that was a while ago so it would have been less fights but I always hover around 50%.

^ LOL the person is here.

I hate people whose skill is too high and he's beating everyone in the room mercilessly more than meeting laggy players.

I mean, really. I don't understand where's the fun of mowing down enemy that is out of your level. Besides, you're there to just being a rusty nail in a playground a.k.a do nothing good other than ruining other players' fun. There's no pride from defeating people who are out of their league.
People with a high skill level are not found very often, and if there is no one around at their skill level, what are they going to do? Just wait and not play DOA until someone appears who can stand a chance against them? Besides, it's not their problem if their opponent(s) can't keep up with them.

If there is one person beating someone over and over again, then that tells the other person how good he/she actually is. That also tells the other person to go back into training mode if they want to win. Also, people generally learn quickly from high level players because bad habits and flaws become obvious in no time.

From my personal experience, I play with friends of all skill levels. Sometimes I play with friends I usually win against, but those people have no problem playing against me because they like the challenge. So whether you ''hate'' people whose skill is too high could differ from person to person.

I said it in that message, Phalangeh.

Anyway I decide to go online first time in maybe a week and a half or more, first lobby I join is called 'porn nation mics' which only had one person in it and they had a 5 bar connection and it was solo 3 round 99 seconds normal health so I couldn't resist. I'm on my japanese sub account 'genderally' which is a spin on generally I came up with a while back when talking to a friend about trans stuff. The guy is on his mic and I hear

"Gen-der-a-lly? Gender? Do you have a mic? Get on your mic so I know you're not no transgender I don't fuck with them"

I typed "nah" to the "do you have a mic" question and he said "get the fuck out" and I was kicked right before he finished the sentence. ID was XRaymanX44 and funny enough I refreshed the lobby list after typing this and he's still all alone in his lobby. Curious how many other people he's kicking out besides me.

I encountered this player who goes by BroLLy_LsSj (guy in my last status) in one my earlier lobby. I was defeated by him to fact he often use tactics with Hayate which he proceed to t-bag me and overkill out of disrespect. He leaves the lobby and was upset at myself of being so naive and letting some gunmodz wannabe getting away with the same CB and grabs on both Ayane and Tina on both solo matches. I decided to take a break, grab a shower, eat, and take a 10 min walk outside even though it was humid. While walking, I realized that defeat have given me inspiration and fueled my determination not only just to improve at a video game, but letting go of my fear of failing and turning it into success at life in general. I started another lobby around almost evening to improve my tina and my own gameplay in general. Ozone_77 and Subzero_domo joined and I was playing with him until he showed up again. I decided to lose on purpose because I knew he was going to do the same old tactics and exposed him to ppl I was playing with. Subzero who is pretty much skilled fought him which he handled him well until BroLLy tried pulled the same cb and grab setup on subz (got him in the second round) then proceed to OK subzero. Subzero easily read him and beated him in the next round two rounds then taunted him. He didn't leave this time because he must of wanted a salty runback so I proceeded to kick him out not out revenge, but because he was just a total jerk and a online tactical scrub who need an attitude adjustment and a critique of his own performance . This is when he sends me this hatemail which add insult to injury that not only he is a total online bad player, but a racist one as well. I didn't even reply to the guy or got angry when seeing this because I was going to do the right thing and grief report him which I did, so I went ahead had and good time trying to improve and had fun playing in my lobby. If you encountered or heard of this guy before, now you know who he really is.

wow thats such a nasty thing to send someone. people like that i usually have something to tell them back. lol are you on ps4? ozone_77 is a good buddy of mine btw. can help with tina also.

Yeah, thats the first time I got a racist hatemail and an Insulted by someone of low morality and standards. Usually, I called by offensive or homophobic slurs with a rare case of harassment. I would of done the same and told him off, but all I would really be doing is feed the troll and him/her the reaction that he/she want out of me which resulted in me being fallen for his/her ignorance and immaturity so it was better to block and report the offender so the mods can pass out the verdict and let him/her face the consequences than to let him/her get away with it and possibly doing it again to another individual. Cool, he's a nice guy its been awhile since he and played so matches and No, I'm still on the PS3 atm. Although, I will be upgrading before or after next year due to SFV and some other exclusive games the are releasing on the PS4. Will definitely look foward for tips and advice when I upgrade to ps4 ver.

Earlier on a online session, don't know who she was reffering the racist insult and mic bashing to (PandaSenpaii or someone else), but was beginning to become salty when the host change the loser stay rules to tournament which her behavior and attitude towards other became problematic.

Hell Yes, its derogatory term used on the Hispanics mostly on the Mexicans because they use beans in their diet. That term is quite a common discriminating term used online other than the N word, Fag, C***t, etc.
