    The Momiji forums are pretty much dead because (almost) everything has already been figured out back in the earlier patches. The most recent thread is the one I made a few days ago, or Emperor Cow's Momiji 1.07 Combo Video.

    Not all characters are attacking for pure strength alone im sure. Kasumi would probably have a background in learning pressure points. I would assume its why her attacks are also open palmed. Though also its a question of balancing the game over being anything else but.

    Had to change my button layout just for Phase-4. I have 2 buttons for P+K so I can easily access her chifu/tenfu moves.

    @ToKyo PewPew thanks. And I thought Kasumi's teleports were difficult(they still are at least when you try to do 6P+K9P). That was the reason I had to change my button layout before now. Otherwise I would've stayed with the default layout.

    Watching Emperor Cow's DOA5 tutorials again (better than redoing the ingame tutorials). The frame data part still confuses me.

    In terms of getting an HiC hold, Cow means that you will get it if your hold catches the attack in the beginning of it's (the holds) active frames (which is a 1-5 frame window, as far as I know).

    if you know you are doing the right inputs for a hold and nothing happened
    A: input Lag stopped you.
    B: its unholdable.
    C: your timing was off.
    but before you complain about lag go to practice mode recreate the same scenario and practice against it.

    Holds are more about timing and educated guesses, right. Their frames might become relevant if you intend to prevent your opponents attack in neutral but just whiff it (then you should know how big your disadvantage is, due to the recovery) or when you want to throw punish (to be sure for using the right throw to get more damage).

    Apparently I'm once again going back into the DOA5 tutorials. It's boring redoing & rewatching the same stuff, but it has to be done...:(

    I am not going to lie. I kick people all the time too, for various reasons. Unless they are on my friend list, I will kick them if they don't challenge me.

    I was watching a youtube video made by Drakealdan on how to do the KBD on a pad. to my surprise, it works. I did the KBD! Least I think.

    It's a Tekken versionn where you use the b/d(41) motion. You mostly hold 4 while slightly pressing 1.
