    Panzer Dragoon remake was fun! Never played the first one despite loving Orta and Saga for years, but maybe wait for the steam release for quality sake. PD is like my most wanted SEGA revival so it was surreal playing a "new" game

    Same here. I actually once believed they left the series to be dormant forever. On top that it's a remake, I need to get back on that game. Would love to see Orta as well.

    Ninja Gaiden 2 def grew on me the past year, feels like a whole new game in 4K. Overall prefer NGB like most but a damn solid game I slept on years ago. Really took that era of Team Ninja for granted at the time.

    PS2 turns 20! A lot of great ones on it, including Shadow Hearts, my absolute favorite game. Really can’t think of another game library I like more.

    All I can remember about Shadow Hearts is a guy wearing a top hat teleporting in, being an asshole and saying tatty bye before leaving. That and the fact that I followed a guide in order to beat the final boss in few turns by using consumables and equipping an accessory that gave bonus damage in exchange for hiding the hit areas on the command wheel.

    What also sucks about KT’s business bs is that it retroactively makes DOA5 look like a trash game. Saw a lot of comments recently saying DOA died after 4 like 5 wasn’t the vastly better game. One of the best fighters of last gen mostly gets known for its late era DLC

    at best but not outstanding, I do feel, however, that there is a change going on regarding that at the very least, Re:Mind dlc to KH3 improves the game by a larger margine and FF7R looks super good)

    Of course, a lot of blame has to go to KT for their rep, but you also have to keep in mind some of these comments might not be in good faith. Might not be people that really gave the game a fair shake or they may be fanboys of another game. If it really was all about the gameplay, what's stopping these ppl from dling DOA5 CF and just playing?

    I remember some people, back when DOA5 was first revealed, swearing off the game just because they felt the style had changed too much (and getting made fun of for prefering "the doll look", lol).

    Really wish I was around here during the DOA5/5U days, had little to no negative things to say about the game. Looking at the 5 threads and they're a lot more pure and comfy lol compare this thread to DOA6's first year

    Tenryuga who use to head to Next Level with me on the locals doesn't play DOA anymore. He left it for the big anime fighters and he's currently playing Granblue. Last time I seen him was like November playing Crosstag. Upon getting better at those games, he felt he had no reason to come back.

    Mike left but he visits here and there. And lastly Ghosty, one of the biggest helpers for DOA and made strong comedic DOA content, as well as the winner to a DOA Akira costume. He's probably the only one who I still have contacts to anything fighting game related with from back in the day and active on Twitter, but he left to pursue his art goals.

    @DestructionBomb I remember Ghosty! Me, you and him used to have crazy Akira mirror matches. I used to think "yo my Akira is getting scary" LMAO.

    Man.......those days were just unforgettable. We're never gonna experience those insane exciting moments again. :(

    Sometimes I think about Tekken 4's shopping mall stage and think about how that's never been a thing in DOA despite fitting the series like a glove
