Aren't parts of milas mma krav maga?

Its a different company. Konami I think. RR had metal gear costumes.

So...Tina again?

Id rather have Candy Cane. Dirty tricks fighter like Jake the snake.

Sides we could use a "punk rocker" girl.

latest

I meant someone with an egotistical type female. Also someone who is sassy and "sista" like. I think she is the only fg character to fit that archetype if you know what I am saying.

But someone like Candy Cane would also be pretty cool.

speaking of DLC costumes, i wonder why we haven't heard anything about june's DLC. its almost the middle of the month.

I suppose, TN is going to tease them starting this week like they did with the may DLC.

Maybe they (or Tani himself) don't have time to promote them because of things they have to prepare for the E3 or the promising E3-Trailer. Haha :bradwong:

My dream DLC 4 characters would be..
Miss Monday
Tengu
VF Kage
VF Eileen..^^
(Would have said Wolf but I'd like the balance of males n females) :)

Oh, and I would kill for a throwback non cyborg Raidou DLC costume.

Did you just say I'm weird?!
You don't look weird to me. In fact you look quite handsome in your avatar ;)
But what you were saying sounded a bit weird, yes :p I think the real problem here is that you like serious fighters. And you tend to make a distinction between male and female because from your point of view males are serious fighters, while women are just sexual fanservice.
Well, I can agree on that, it is a fact. Guys don't get thousand of sexy costumes and swimsuits. I like serious fighters as well, and all that fanservice to me is just bullshit. I couldn't care less about bikins, swimsuits, pijamas&towels, maids and pop idols... But at same time, girls have tons of costumes that are actually cool and serious enough. Kasumi for example has about 8 ninja costumes. So, I just ignore fanservice and I select those costumes/buy DLC that make them look serious and real fighters.
Belive me, women in DOA can look like real fighters if you just forget some of their costumes they have in their closet...

I don't miss anyone in DOA5. I think the roster is complete and we should wait to DOA6 to have new characters. The same goes with gameplay. I'm starting to miss some changes and fresh new things in gameplay, but to have that we need to wait for next chapter I guess.

I didn't fully realize it but I think you might have a point.
I don't "hate" them, but I don't like comic characters that much. A bit here and there is fine but when developers overdo it then it kinda rubs me the wrong way (talking in general, not specifically about DoA).
When it comes to Female vs Male you're right and wrong at the same time.
I love female characters when they're serious about it. Strangely enough in DoA I've mostly been playing female characters and my absolute favourite one is Helena.

It's not that female fighters can't be serious (all in all DoA ones are pretty serious), it's that some times in these games, developers transform them into just sexual objects to create fanservice for horny/geeky teenagers who want to see as less cloths as possible, if you get what I mean.
I find that annoying and I'm *scared* that DoA might get that that point eventually, in the future.
DoA is not there yet, but the way it's taken throughout DoA5 and its patches/DLC isn't too promising either.
I think Kronin worded this fear of mine much better so maybe you should just read his post, I think he got straight to the point.

I'd love to see more male "serious" fighters because I don't think there are many and because DoA5 (and its following updates) didn't really bring many new faces into the roster.
Also because I know they can't exceed with fanservice with male characters (because that would be considered "gay" maybe? Dunno) so it's kinda guaranteed that if they add a male character they can't possibly fuck it up with preposterous/debateable DLCs, cutscenes, win poses etc :D

I'm not an aniti-fanservice guy. A bit of fanservice here and there is nice. Some swimsuits are cool, why not.
The problem is they kinda overdid it, and it's worrying me up. Just that.

I don't think I "miss" anybody either in DoA5 (Altough I wouldn't mind Genra!). More in general I think I don't really feel the necessity for additional characters, it's already got plenty.
But if they really decide they want to add more characters at all costs, then I'd personally prefer to see a new male one.
It's as simple as that ;)

I couldn't agree more with you. I don't like either teenagers girls. That's why I like more Rachel, Christie or Helena than Hitomi, Honoka or Mary Rose. I think Kasumi and Ayane are very cool too, because they are kunoichis. But a bit too young.

DoA is not there yet, but the way it's taken throughout DoA5 and its patches/DLC isn't too promising either.
Well, we shouldn't confuse a new game with DLC. DLC has to sell, and TN know that sexy costumes for girls sell better than non sexy stuff for everyone or only for males. But when it comes to do a new game, just remember how they introduced DOA5 to the world, like a very serious fighting game. And it was totally cool. All that DLC fanservice came later and probably to do not disappoint fans and to say "hey, don't worry, we know DOA is DOA". I'm pretty sure DOA6 will be an awesome fighting game, and it will have fanservice as well for sure.

Also because I know they can't exceed with fanservice with male characters (because that would be considered "gay" maybe? Dunno) so it's kinda guaranteed that if they add a male character they can't possibly fuck it up with preposterous/debateable DLCs, cutscenes, win poses etc :D
Well, Rig is fanservice I think. But yeah, i know what you mean. Probably some guys who play Hayabusa could feel insulted to see him in a beach, with underpants taking a bath posing sexy. But to be honest, that would be fair, since is what they do with women.

Yes, I can understand your worries. But this is just one of the faces of DOA. And for what I remember, DOA has always been like that.

Well, enough of off topic. Nice debate, but let's stick to the matter; DLC costumes.
I wanna see June pack.. I hope this time Rachel gets something, but I'm worried that having the summer close, it will be more beach stuff.

Speculation: If we don't start seeing teasers for the following DLC pack, I'm inclined to believe that it is an 'equivalent' of Fighter Force vol. 2. May not be another Fighter Force pack, but something that will provide costumes to most other characters not included in the last set. Ninja Clan Vol. 3 was rather unceremonius in its reveal, likely since it contained the B-List characters. TN has a tendency to really hype up either the all female or A List DLC packs, with exception for Halloween, of course. The pack is supposed to release next week then if June 16th is the deadline, and IIRC Fighter Force started revealing mid week before the Tuesday of release.

Divas can't wrestle, they are models with a bit of Philly style wrestling. Tina uses fishermen's duplexes, Michinoku drivers and pump kicks! She is puroesuo, or Japanese Strong style! She acts sexual, but its like saying Zach style boxing, cos he uses punches and wears shorts!

It actually doesn't say June 16th...

16 is the number of costumes in the pack, after all I don't recall fighter force being may 16th

Nevermind, it actually does say all content is available by June 16th.

But Koei Tecmo have nothing planned for E3 according KTE community manager Chin.

How close is this thread to getting locked
Yeah but this DLC has nothing to do with e3. Also, just because they aren't going to be there doesn't mean their wont be new KT news.
Hyrule Warriors 3ds
Yeah they might have some news on their twitter or a trailer or something, I imagine it's cheaper and easier than going to E3

And still no full Fighter Force costumes for Season Pass owners in Europe.
Way to go TK Europe, way to go!

Do we know who are we to blame? Is it Sony Europe's fault or TK?

I'm gonna have a phone call about it with Sonye Europe (German Team) today. I will let you know what they have to say later this day.

I'd. Definitely isn't KTE or I wouldn't have the costumes on Xbox One
That says nothing, since on Xbox One TK have to deal with Microsoft, not Sony.

I'm just trying to understand who is the culprit for the PS4 situation on PSN Europe. Is it TK or Sony? Srsly, I need to point my finger at someone to let some steam off, but I don't know who to point it at >.>
