Erm... I have another theory.
Since Gen Fu and Eliot were (probably) the last (male) characters created in Vanilla, maybe their models (abs, pecs) are not perfectly polished. Maybe TN doesn't want to unveil these imperfections. Could be wrong, but I've never seen Eliot and Gen Fu fully topless.
Btw, what does "Goken" mean ?
