Does anyone else feel like the Pirate costume dlc that is being added to DOA6 might be cute in Scarlet, specifically the style Honoka received? It’s basically a swimsuit already and pirates on a beach makes more sense than nurses on the beach.

@Mad Will, you really should save scum because this is such a time consuming game otherwise. It’s a lot of grinding.
If you pay for the Nintendo online service, you just need to go into the cloud save data and turn off the automatic upload. Manually save it before gifting to a girl/playing in the casino, then go back in and do what you were going to do. If the girl accepts the gift or you win in the casino, then you save the data. If she does not accept or you lose in the casino, then download your save from the cloud and try again. Hope this helps! I play Scarlet on the Switch as well.

I would save scum the casino too, or the game will take even longer. Frankly though, save scumming takes a long time when you're buying for all 11 girls. I've spent *hours* on the roulette wheel. DAYS if you include the time spent in Fortune. Roulette is the best way to do it. You need to have at least 250,000 dollars to be the most effective at it. Set the bet to 100, then fill up 1 through 12 as full as you can get it on every slot in that upper part of the board. I also fill up the 0 and 00 slots, as well as the 1-12 slot underneath the single numbers, and the three slots at the very end of the board that represent the rows. You can also do the bottom half of the board (18-36). The top and the bottom are the fastest since you don't have to move the cursor as much. Win or lose, once you exit the roulette wheel, the game will save, so if you save to the cloud (or USB on PS4) before you hit the roulette table, if you lose, you can redownload that save, or resave if you win. If you hit a middle number like 2,5,8, or 11, you can get like 6 to 700,000k if the other girls didn't fill up the slot too.

Like I said, I don't considering it cheating in this game where I would consider it cheating anywhere else since you still have to spend so much time doing things - you're just taking the randomness out of the equation. Even with save scumming, you might spend half an hour or more trying to gift something Hated. I'm about to start trying to gift Misaki one of the pole dancing tickets, and I'm not looking forward to it. She's so embarrassed all the time that I imagine the really hated stuff is going to be tough to give her.

@Yuffie I think you were asking about Norimaki earlier? It's definitely Hated. I just tested it out with Misaki and the orange one, which should have lessened the blow because it's her fave color. She definitely Hated it and didn't accept. I don't know if it would be Disliked with Kokoro and orange and it's Hate because of the above embarrassment reasons with Misaki or not.

Fortunately, Honoka actually accepted the swimsuit, during my first re-attempt of sending it to her. So there was no need to grind, even though I had changed my settings on the switch, to suit grinding for it.

Okay, speaking of working the Roulette wheel... is anyone else as insane as I am about buying things for the girls to gift later? I like to be equal in gifting things, so I don't focus on just my faves. I buy up an equal amount of things for each girl (so 11 of each style of suit in a different color for each girl or 11 copies of a suit I like so each girl has one). So now I have 30+ pages in my Owner wrapped gifts page of stuff that's waiting to be gifted eventually. *sigh* I guess I'll find out soon if you can run out of storage pages....

@Xerampelinae yes you are right. The new girls hate all Norimakis but the original 9 are indifferent if it's their favorite color. For example, Kokoro will be indifferent to the orange Norimaki if you give it to her, meaning she will actually wear it if she is an NPC.
Here are the preferences for the limited time dlc for all the girls for Scarlet thanks to Hot from Gamefaqs.

Ps. I believe the limit is about 42 pages. You better start gifting because Labyrinth and Popcorn should be next in 30ish hours.
Ps Leifangs birthday should be soon meaning 7x excitement bonus!

You can also send the owner suits via the hotel. If they reject it, they'll send it back and you can just send it again. However, I believe they won't wear it. Best done on hated swimsuits as they never wear those unless you use the secret key.

If @Yuffie is right (which is usually the case), Labyrinth and Popcorn come to the owner shop tomorrow. Both are cute. Of the more revealing owner shop swimsuits, I do like Labyrinth. It’s kinda cute. I like the red and black one for Marie Rose because it gives me Harley Quinn vibes. Haha

I noticed the Steam version now has the "touch" feature. Everyone was complaining it was censored, but now it's not.

Well I tried to get the game to work on my phone, but I just keep getting system errors.

Also did anyone notice that the Senran Kagura costumes are PS4 only? That’s weird since Senran Kagura has games on Switch.

I am hoping we get new dlc for Scarlet at some point, not just recycled dlc from Fortune/Venus... or at least some new swimsuits in the owner shop, even if they are just recycled from VV... and new characters.

I'm guessing because it was only licensed for PS4. For the Switch, they would have to pay SK to put the dlc on Scarlet. Probably not profitable for them to do that. Or they have to re license the dlc.
Also noticed that no past dlc was released this week.

So mid June is the earliest I would say.
By then, VV will probably have another new girl. Hopefully not like Kanna or Nagisa.

Yeah, I was surprised to not see the white dresses as dlc.

Maybe that’s how the timing for dlc characters will pan out in general. It would be nice/interesting if, like in VV, every 3 months Scarlet were to get a dlc character that then releases on Fortune 3 months later. Gives incentive to the people bought Scarlet, but still allows people to just pick them up on Fortune. Maybe I just want them to keep updating Scarlet...
