Wasn't the Wii version a remake? Nintendo owns rights to the fatal frame series. THIS is what we get instead of a new one in time for Halloween!

I better get chased by the Hachishakusama from the indie "rorroh" pc game. Otherwise, it could be a failed use of the UE5! X.x

Aww man, Fatal Frame 2 is getting a remake but its only for Switch 2? Dang, I really don't wanna get a Switch 2 yet. Hope it comes to PS5 too. Wonder if they're going to keep the unlockable bondage outfits from PS2 version lol. Come to think of it, this is the second time they've remade the game since it was already remade on the Wii.

Never played the FF games, but it's super nice that TN released on multiple platforms and are re releasing past IPs. May try out the ones ported to Xbox.
Just need that DOA collection now with cross play online.

5 Fatal Frames so far not counting the 2 remakes of Crimison Butterfly. I havent played the 5th but I heard you can play as Ayane in it. I just find it weird that Fatal Frame as a cosmetic dlc isnt in doa.

Yea Ayane is playable in Fatal Frame 5, though her chapter is short. Maybe 30 minutes and its more of a Metal Gear Solid style gameplay since you gotta be stealthy and avoid ghosts since she doesn't have a camera lol. Definitely recommend starting with the first game though its a bit hard to play it nowadays. I believe the first three games are still available on the PS3 PSN.

Nintendo really out here trying to win the biggest asshole in game development award huh, putting a patent on the mechanic of summoning monsters to fight for you? it's not just Palword at this point that's gonna be affected, ALOT of games are going to be screwed by this

You know speaking of Nintendo being scummy. I'm surprised no one is talking about the fact that they are basically reselling Galaxy 1 lol. Galaxy 1 was already in 3D all stars that released years ago ; But now if people wanna play Galaxy 2, they gotta rebuy Galaxy 1 as part of the bundle. Its just extra padding so they have an excuse to charge $60-70 for this. Its pretty messed up.

dam, i wasn't even aware of that was going on with galaxy, I was probably too busy malding over the $80 kirby game at the time, and I like kirby, but 80$ for a port from 2022 that's barely an upgrade with 3 extra hours of content? absolutely not

TGS is still the more likely candidate for any DOA news (more believable) over any other outlets. If you don't see any DOA news at TGS this year that you'd particularly wanted, you probably won't see any until the TGS next year.

Expectation is severely low for this year and next year.

I have already made my peace with it. Of course I want this happen, and for every gaming conference/presentation there will be always hope of it among fans, but it comes when it comes. Just like Ninja Gaiden 4

SEGA has made a lot more profit in the past five years. Koei Tecmo has done fine with their margins, but Sonic 3 the movie had to have made SEGA a killing.

Damn, people making fun of Iron Man's theme in Tokon lol, but even Strive has very few tracks that sometimes just doesn't hit right in my opinion.

Testament's theme in Strive is a prime example where the first 20 secs of the track has fantastic instrumental riff, but when the vocals and guitar spikes kick in, I already want to stop listening and swap music lol.

The way you feel about Testament's theme is the way I feel about ABA's theme, the majority of the song is audio landfill but the last 20 seconds im like, oh shit, this is banging, can we get more of this please?

On the other hand you have Giovanna's theme which is a track i will listen to 10 times in a row because it's just that good

For Testament, literally the only part I liked was from 0:07 all the way to 0:19, I was like oh shit banger alert incoming?


The moment it hits the 21 second mark I was getting worried, when it finally reached 28 I lost all hope.

Strive's soundtrack is interesting because on one hand you have really great themes that beat older GG ost/soundtracks, which is quite an achievement, on the other hand there are some that people absolutely dislike, going all vocal with the soundtrack had its benefits but also its disadvantages imo.

@HHH816 I know but in the list of Morita there were Ninja Gaiden, Ninja Gaiden (planned), Nioh 3, Nioh (planned). That’s why I suppose that there’s other Nioh in works. They really have 2 Ninja Gaiden games so far , the only thing that confused me, that Ninja Gaiden 4 is literally made by other devs and maybe wasn’t included in his list.

Does the schedule say, "unannounced title" or "coming soon?" Don't forget the expansion for Dynasty Warriors: Origins could be shown. Seeing as how one of the "coming soon" announcements is before Nioh 3 could suggest a Team NINJA title. They are also planning on unveiling new merch at the show.

So I was not really interested in making money from this out of respect to actual artists out there, so it's more personal use. Also you probably need a 40 series and up to even render from hardware (least what I heard).

No stolen art or any of that since it's illegal to do so via the software, straight full generation.
