That's fine, but that doesn't solve the problem. The point he was making is that if TTT2 shuts down DOA5, DOA5 will not gain the audience it needs to become an accepted competitive fighter and will die off. I'll probably get both games too, but DOA5 needs to matter in order to survive.

I'm actually interested in trying this game, but I know no one else who is. I don't think I want to put down 60 smackers on a game I might just suck too much at to enjoy playing with randoms. I've never played, or even heard of the Persona RPGs before, so I have no attachment to the universe...

Well, I don't think they threw out counters as often as casual players for one thing, relying more on blocking instead, but I'm really not sure what the true in-depth reasoning would be. I'm not a high level player, myself.

That move was badass. I'll certainly miss him. He was one of the coolest characters and his desert costumes were awesome. I loved his "No, you're no good at all" and "Come back once you've learned to wipe your ass" win quotes.

I hope the "Match Videos" of the last three days will show Helena, Eliot, and Brad gameplay.

Game developers don't tend to release demos all that much these days. I would be very surprised if a public demo showed up on PSN/XBL at all.

Bass does sound better this time. I'll try out everyone though, Bass included. I'll just have to wait and see who works out best for me.
