    huh, Jedi Fallen Order is getting a sequel? seemed like a self contained, one and done type deal to me but oh well, I guess more Star Wars x Dark Soul isn't the worst thing EA can put out

    Chun li is one of those characters who always ends up being top tier in the meta, but when you go through the story she's just a jobber who gets her ass kicked by everyone, fingers crossed SF6 changes that up

    I'd like to see Yun make his return so that I can finally see Genei-Jin in RTX+Ray Tracing+4K+HDR+244FPS+Settings ULTRA+Motion Blur OFF+UE7+RTX3090 on GPU usage at 80%,

    So that we can once again hear the crowd yelling in your local arcade scene going "Eyy! Eyy! Eyy!" every time he lands a hit in and exploding the hype for no reason.

    Yeah, they did my girl dirty in V. First Bison, then Rashid... but then whooped F.A.N.G.'s ass in the end. But Capcom writers are silly now at days. Still can't believe about the true ending of SFII.

    There is a mixed feedback regarding this. A lot of people seem to believe that SEGA is trying to profit out of Tekken and that the VF community feels weird that they have to rely on others just to sell (which is small PP energy if you think that. 3D fighters should band together more).

    But the big thing is that Harada also wanted this simply because he likes VF.

    I don't think the VF community would've been nearly as angry about it if they backed this up with a multiplatform announcement. I'm sure that's what most of the VF community was expecting after a year of PS4 exclusivity. Why they didn't announce that ahead of time instead of this DLC is beyond me.

    FF14 KEK (MMORPG though heh) However, Yoshi-P has considered to make the game even more playable solo and he even thought about a offline FF14 for preservation for solo players if 20 years from now the servers shut down. Unlike most devs, Yoshi-P made all his requests and suggestions come true so:

    4) Tales series but i'm pretty sure you played.

    A pretty decent Ryu player, good to know Ryu's sweep was as broken in doa2 as it was in doa4, shit goes under everything lol

    Am kind of surprised that we got rollback for DOA2 before 1 but it is a pleasant one. Only now I realized that you can only stay in 3 rooms at a time, so if I want to be in 3rdStrike, Darkstalkers and the DOA room then I'll have to exit the other game's rooms, hopefully they'll consider giving us the option to stay in more, like 5-10, since they'll be adding even more games in the near future.

    I heard he wants to do content creation now similar to how Jwongg is doing and just play online matches, but Infiltration's reputation is pretty far deep in the ground at this point that he might as well just stop playing FGs all together.

    I don't think he needs to stop playing FGs, anyone should be able to enjoy FG's regardless of personal history , but as far as trying to make a career out of it, I dunno 'bout that,

    plus this is like strike 4 for Infil at this point, mans might be better off just laying low, shame cause he's mad talented but this constant fucking up in the public eye isn't making things ez

    man, Genshin has ruined me for gacha titles, got me thinking they all have things like guaranteed high rarity units and soft pity to make life ez for f2p's :/

    yeah, currently playing Echoes of Mana and it has no soft pity, pity does NOT carry between banners (and it expires), and hard pity is 200, so comming from Genshin that kind of threw me for loop

    but on the plus side echoes does have a 4* (Echoes 4* is equitable to Genshin 5*) ticket system, where if you use it you are guaranteed a 4* from a pool of base and event 4*,s, and it also has a system where if you reach hard pity you can manually select which high rarity unit you want, even there are multiple on the same banner, so that eases the pain a lil bit

    still think Genshin's is more f2p friendly

    Yeah, Genshin's pity system is pretty F2P freindly, even the weapon banner is ok since the rates are pretty good on it and now you can get the weapon that you want 100% with Epitomized Path (even though it was mainly made for whales). There aren't too many gacha games that want to milk you dry tbh.

    I've never been on of those subs vs dubs guys, im fine with whatever, but when a new English dub has a freshly made meme written in its script, I can't help but roll my eyes :/

    playing DOA2 in 2022 has made me realize something about SE'ing, it's much more necessary in a game like DOA5 with it's high stun threshold and focus on stun manipulation

    going back to a game like DOA2 with its low stun threshold and most players not even trying to manipulate stun (except for some very specific setups) and are content to just stun launch, the mechanic just doesn't seem as useful in that case, still don't mind it being there though

    dam, I just looked at that Darkstalkers Chronicles box art, that shit is UGLY! the individual characters look fine but when you smash 'em all together with no coordination the shit just looks way too busy

    off the top of my head Tatsusunko vs Capcom all stars is one of the better examples of how to do the whole "here's a bunch of characters" boxart

    great color composition, clever character placement, it's just an overall good example of how to show off your characters without it looking too slapdash or haphazard

    What is the dam point of learning strong characters in mainstream games when they're eventually gonna get nerfed cause the general audience are a bunch of whiny children who don't want to learn how to deal with it?

    Which is the reason why I'm rather going for characters that I find cool, that and I'm an online warrior who's mediocre at best in some of the games I play, tiers don't matter much at my skill level. If my character is high or top tier (either my main or my secondary is in every fighting game that I play for some reason) then for me that's like liking a character that comes with extra benefits but I can do without.

    I can't speak for everyone else, but for me personally, the lasting appeal is going through the journey playing the character you genuinely enjoy in spite of the changes.

    Sometime's a character's strength is their appeal, being able to go above and beyond the average cast member can be the very thing that's attractive about them, I know it's not as romantic as saying "oh i like this character because of their personality or aesthetic" but hey, different folks, different boats

    Maybe I've just been spoiled by the generous buffer windows of the later games, but I don't remember DOA2's tech up timing being so strict :/

    It's not that DOA2 has strict tech timings, it's that certain animations you simply cannot tech out of in that game.

    I know that lol, doa2 doesnt allow alot of tech up situations, but there are some soft knock downs where I only seem to successfully tech 60-70% of the time :/ don't know if its me or or some early doa weirdness

    Honestly if anything Saints Row Reboot is at the very least making it about Saints vs Gangs again. Not prancing about with Super Powers like in 4, SR3 is still enjoyable at least SR4 and Gat out of Hell were awful to play.

    I agree, Saints Row 3 was enjoyable, heck I even found Saints Row 4 to be a fun time, it's barely a Saints Row game but it was still fun, but after all these years i have to admit that the major tonal shift from SR2 to SR3 did more harm than good, which is why I consider the 3rd game to be the beginning of the end

    if this new game at the very least can be a fun mess ala SR3, then that'll enough for me,hopeing for a game that's even half as well written and compelling as SR2 is a pipe dream at this point so i;ll settle for some lol random humor in a massive open world which Saints Row has been peddling recently
