    I can’t help it but find terminator one of the worst guest characters in MK history. He’s really cool but his animations and the horrendous voice acting are really disappointing.

    Rachel's most likely the next DLC character, that's the one thing we're most sure about at least. Besides her, it's obviously going to be plenty of copy-paste costumes for the girls. Likely a Santa theme pack for December.

    Contributing a lot to a community doesn’t give people a free pass to be arrogant and act like they’re better than other people. I’ve seen this in a few communities now and it’s really a shame.

    We should act as a community and state our worries. I hate this 2Dfication just as much and we should be loud until TN finally starts listening to us instead of the pedo weeb crowd. Just doa5 with 6 graphics and without the fsdc glitch but with males pls. We are doa fans so of course we are loud when they are about to kill the franchise like that. Doa5 had meat, costumes were just a dumb bonus, 6 has nothing else

    Fair point. I admit that communities thrive the best when they're welcoming and don't focus around discouraging people from taking an interest in DOA. It's part of the reason why a game like UNIST would make it into EVO, but a game like DOA would probably never make it. Because the community supported the shit out of the game as opposed to scaring people off.

    I really wish NRS toned a bit down with the movie characters getting in over MK originals. There are so many characters in the MK universe that didn’t got the chance to shine.

    Just because NG and DOA exist in the same universe, doesn’t mean that Momiji, Rachel and Hayabusa aren’t guest characters.

    Hayabusa was possibly the only one who got a pass during those times simply because he was credited and kick started the game (I mean it made sense and it did succeeded) so for Hayabusa's work, Tecmo allowed Ryu Hayabusa to stay until the series ends up on a halt. He's literally a walking pedestal of shining glory because well, he earned it lol.

    @DyByHands But see that's a loop of a problem, that is simply leeaway really. The other two were characters that were originally intended to be Ninja Gaiden only. This was placed by Itagaki himself as he was one of the people who fully did not want them in the DOA fighting games (you can ask him on FB) he no longer works there course, implication is there though.

    So the Halloween costume design contest is officially back. The contest starts around October and the winning costumes will be shown at DOAFES.

    It kinda does make sense, they can’t give players only 4 weeks to design a costume, not only do they have to decide which one will make it in, they also have to create those costumes. It would take too much time. They’re a little late with the Halloween costume design contest but I do understand since the game launched back in March. It can also be a regular fan contest, not sure.

    They're just a little behind, probably due to time constraints, and other stuff going on. I'm sure they didn't mean to hold it off for as long as they did.

    I think, Onoryoki he means because Raidou has had his arc finished and all that, we can assume h might not be in DoA7. We don't have Ein in 6 because of this. It can be ignored for the sack of it. Seems a lot of companies are rebooting lore so that people can request any character ala SC6, GG.

    Radou has had the same story ever since his cutscene from DOA2U. He's only had a couple of lines ever since then to give clues about his story. Lol. And now he's dead, for good. If that doesn't tell you that he was always a side filler, I don't know what will.

    Diego is a fully fleshed out character with multiple character interactions.
